You will need:

  • Halibut 300 g
  • Fish broth 0.5 l
  • Bacon 2 slices
  • Milk 200 g
  • Potatoes 5 pcs.
  • Onion 2 pcs.
  • Chopped fresh thyme 1 tbsp
  • Chopped fresh parsley 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt, ground black pepper 0.5 tsp

Start by frying the bacon until golden brown on both sides. Then put it on a dry plate and break it into several particles. Leave only a tablespoon of fat in the pan, pour the rest.

  • Orange fresh 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tsp
  • Horseradish sauce 2 tbsp
