For a long time, the architects could not decide what exactly should be built on this small piece of land: housing or an office, but in the end they settled on the solution of combining both functions in one house. An office is located on the first floor of the building, and residential and public rooms are located above. 
At the same time, the most interesting element of the house from the studio Sculp (IT) is considered to be the bathroom. Due to lack of space, it had to be placed on the roof in the open air. But what a view in the evenings!
