Shchetinin Strelnikova breathing exercises. Shchetinin - Strelnikova's breathing exercises (3 videos). The effectiveness of gymnastics in various ENT diseases

ELLA MIKHAILOVNA KROLOVETSKAYA (26 YEARS OLD, PEVEK, CHUKO Autonomous Okrug)

In 1996, a leading dermatologist in our city diagnosed me with a terrible diagnosis: psoriasis. However, she said that it is impossible to cure this disease. I was admitted to the dispensary and prescribed injections, pills, ointments, and quartz to relieve itching. But the relief was short-lived.

Every year my condition worsened. The disease began to progress: large scaly sores already climbed onto the face, ears, not to mention the fact that the whole body was covered with them.

In 2001, I learned about Dr. M.N. Shchetinin and about breathing exercises by A.N. Strelnikova. She turned to Mikhail Nikolaevich with her problem. He gave me an affirmative answer that with the help of breathing exercises I would get rid of my illness.

After the first days of classes, there was an aggravation: hands, stomach, back, ears were covered with a small red continuous rash, accompanied by severe itching.

"Where did you take me? - I said to my mother. “I won’t go to the doctor anymore!” With great difficulty, my mother still persuaded me to continue treatment.

With each subsequent session, I got better and better. The itching gradually disappeared, the rash disappeared, and first the legs, knees, hands, and then the elbows cleared up. After 15 daily sessions (I diligently performed the exercises 3 times a day), the result exceeded all my expectations. My skin cleared up completely and I felt like a complete person. After all, I was ill for 5 years, I constantly wore long-sleeved trousers and sweaters to hide the red spots on my body. And she recovered in a matter of days thanks to the breathing exercises of A.N. Strelnikova.

And I want to say that for two and a half years, thanks to A.N. Strelnikova (although I do it irregularly), my psoriasis has not recurred.

In September 2003, Ella went to the Sea of Azov with her husband and son. On her way back through Moscow, she attended several of my treatment sessions, demonstrating her excellent exercise technique and her beautiful appearance.

LYUDMILA IVANOVNA BRONNIKOVA (48 YEARS OLD, VOSTOK VOSTOK, PRIMORSKY REGION)

The last 3 years began to overcome various "sores". After I spent 2 weeks on sick leave, having been pierced intravenously with paracetam, having recovered by 4 kg, and then I was prescribed a lot of injections and pills for three months, I decided to overcome my laziness. I saw your book in the store and bought it. Although I am generally opposed to breathing classes without an instructor, I tried it and felt that it was mine.

After starting gymnastics, there was once an acceleration of the pulse to 100 beats. I did "Palms", "Erosters" and "Pump". After 10 minutes, the pulse became 70, and there were no more cases of rise. From the first exercises, I felt how pain first appeared in the center of the head (where it is usually parted), then in the back of the head, flowed to the back, then to the buttocks and went down the legs. In the next lesson, my shoulder hurt on my arm, which was broken at the wrist. Then the pains appeared and went away in those places where something once hurt.

On the tenth day of classes, visible changes began. My hair is completely gray, I am dyed brown. At the time of the start of classes, my undyed hair grew by 1 cm, the contrast was clearly visible. So, the hair on the top of the head darkened from the midline by five centimeters. And below you make a parting - the hair became gray with black through a few hairs. My natural hair was closer to black. I wanted to wait until it was completely dark, but I dyed it. True, she boasted of success to many acquaintances, demonstrated.

Now after a month of classes 2 times a day, I have achieved the following results:

Darkened part of the hair;

The whites of the eyes became whiter, otherwise they were more like “dirty yolks”;

Shortness of breath disappeared when lifting, and if something appears, then I quickly remove it with gymnastics;

The condition of the skin of the face has improved;

Became calmer.

TATYANA ALEKSANDROVNA BARSOVA (50 YEARS OLD, MOSCOW)

Diagnosis: chronic bronchitis with an asthmatic component, chronic runny nose, recurrent headaches, vegetovascular dystonia, depression (in October 1998 she buried her husband), osteochondrosis (especially in the cervical spine).

On February 28, 1999, passing by the Central House of Culture of the All-Russian Society of the Blind, I noticed an announcement about the People's University of Health and its meeting on the topic “A.N. Strelnikova. Lecturer - Dr. M.N. Shchetinin. It got me interested. I went in and found out about the existence of gymnastics, which I had never heard of. M.N. Shchetinin showed (and the whole audience did it) the first 4 exercises from his just published book. When I went outside, I noticed that I was breathing differently ... I wanted to breathe only through my nose, which was constantly blocked and I had to breathe through my mouth (as a child, my mother, on the recommendation of a doctor, did not cut out my adenoids).

The next day I bought a book from the store and read it cover to cover. I knew right away that this was what I needed. Before that, I had not been treated by anyone and with anything, even by sorcerers and psychics, not to mention ordinary doctors. I myself am a pharmacist and have worked in a pharmacy for 28 years.

Dr. M.N. Shchetinin, I underwent a course of treatment in 12 sessions and since then 2 times a day for half an hour, in the morning and in the evening, I have been doing exercises. I can say in one sentence: “I wanted to live on this sow!!!” The headache disappeared, magnetic storms stopped feeling, runny nose disappeared (breathing only through the nose), pressure 120/80 (I measure every day), depression disappeared, working capacity increased, the spine stopped feeling, shortness of breath disappeared (I run like a girl), when coughing ( if this happens) ceased to choke.

March is the hardest month of the year for me. Dr. M.N. I studied Shchetinin in March, and it flew by for me like one day. My deep bow to Mikhail Nikolayevich for the fact that he radically changed my life.

In November 2003 T.A. Barsova was at my control treatment session. Feeling great, stable condition. Gymnastics A.N. Strelnikova is engaged daily.

LYUDMILA ANDREEVNA (68 YEARS OLD, CHKALOVSKY, MOSCOW REGION)

I have been doing breathing exercises according to the method of A.N. Strelnikova. Thank you for continuing her work. Unfortunately, many people do not realize how much they lose in their lives by missing this excellent technique. Thus, they damage their health by swallowing pills instead of 25-30 minutes of breathing exercises!

More than 2 years ago, my cousin Galya, who lives in St. Petersburg, told me about this gymnastics over the phone and explained the exercises. This interested me, because my sister suffered a serious illness - partial paralysis of the right side of the body. Familiar doctors recommended that she do breathing exercises. In a short time, my sister restored herself by this method, and now she does not part with this gymnastics, she recommends it to relatives, friends, etc. Full of energy, walks and runs in heels, rejuvenated, her appearance has changed in the best way.

Now about myself: fatigue, joint pain, pressure, problems with the gastrointestinal tract, vision, memory, skin, bones, headaches, cardiovascular dystonia, colds, flu, weak immunity - all this affects our age, interferes live.

Literally a few days after talking with my sister, I turn on the radio and hear your voice talking about Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova, your teacher (bless her memory!) And her words: “Respiratory gymnastics should be practiced from birth to death.”

Over the past 2 years, I have noted positive results: vigor, joint pain has subsided, pressure is normal, the gastrointestinal tract does not bother, vision has improved, memory has become stronger, there are no headaches, the skin has become firm and elastic, bones are less fragile, I don’t get sick with colds, flu is not terrible. Now for me there are no epidemics. Energy allows you to do everything around the house. Live alone. The kitchen was renovated a month ago. I did it myself, without help. And what kind of repair is better than hack-workers! Money saved for other purposes... And all this thanks to the breathing exercises of A.N. Strelnikova.

Every person who loves himself and loves his neighbors is obliged to take care of his health. The nation must be healthy and attractive in all its manifestations. A healthy nation helps not only itself, but also its state. The state is us! Strong, strong, healthy, beautiful, successful in studies and in business!

P.S. At the age of 68, even young people are surprised how I have kept myself: I look no older than 55. I answer everyone: breathing exercises every day!

IRINA ALEKSANDROVNA VOLODARSKAYA (56 YEARS OLD, MOSCOW)

For a long time I had a jumping pressure. The upper numbers reached 240 units, in addition, they suffered from cough and severe headaches. I was prescribed drug therapy, but there was no improvement, although I took medication regularly.

She was sent for examination to the consultative and diagnostic center of the War Veterans Hospital No. 3, then to the Integral Medicine Center, the Cardiology Dispensary, the Cardiology Center, etc.

Diagnosis: hypertension II degree, atherosclerosis of the aorta, cervicothoracic osteochondrosis.

In addition, for many years I suffered from severe bouts of coughing. I am a teacher at an institute. The load on the vocal cords is huge. Coughing really bothered me - it created an additional load on the vessels of the brain. Since the beginning of this year, there has been a sharp deterioration, and since February 1, I was no longer able to go to work.

All the proposed drug therapy did not bring any improvement. I was asked to apply for disability.

In April, I was admitted to the hospital. Solovyov, from where I was discharged after 40 days without the slightest improvement in health.

In such a deplorable state in May, I got to the Strelnikovskaya respiratory gymnastics classes with Dr. M.N. Shchetinin. I couldn't breathe properly due to an almost continuous cough, I couldn't tilt my head down due to high blood pressure. In addition, a severe cold, which appeared during an examination at the cardiology center, interfered.

I performed the first breaths, the first movements with difficulty, but for me this gymnastics was almost the last hope. And I did everything that M.N. recommended to me. Shchetinin. After 3 weeks, the cough disappeared, headaches decreased. The head became light and clear. Almost simultaneously with the start of classes, the need to take medications disappeared, despite the fact that I was prescribed to take them constantly and in a rather large dosage.

Gradually, I stopped feeling sick, a surge of energy appeared, working capacity increased, and fatigue decreased. I returned to my normal working rhythm of life. The last 3 weeks I started swimming, which was out of the question before. I swim freely, easily, I swim 600-800 meters with pleasure and I want to swim more.

I perform a set of exercises according to the Strelnikova system twice a day - in the morning and in the evening. Each session lasts about 25 minutes, the training gives me pleasure. Indeed, the old saying is right: “Health is in order - thanks to exercise!” Thank you gymnastics Strelnikova!!!

For the last 2 years, Irina Aleksandrovna has been periodically shown to me at control sessions. Her health condition is stable.

ALLA BORISOVNA KRETOVA (PENSIONER, MOSCOW)

I got sick 4 years ago. In the first days of May, she suffered, as always on her feet, an acute respiratory disease, but after the illness she continued to cough. By autumn, with the onset of cold weather, shortness of breath appeared when walking fast. In November, I woke up at night from a strong attack of coughing, which I could hardly stop with soda inhalation. I went to the doctor, the examination began. The cough did not stop, sputum periodically departed, without receiving treatment, she rubbed her chest and shoulder blades with lard.

By the next spring, the pulmonologist diagnosed him with a mixed form of mild bronchial asthma in remission, emphysema. Recommended treatment: ditek, ketotifen. And after another protracted attack, treatment was prescribed: Trichopolum, Kestin, Ventolin, Tiled ...

In autumn, I turned to Buteyko. She was trained in his breathing technique, after which she continued without taking inhaler drugs on shallow breathing from October 1998 to April 1999. In the second half of April, she again felt shortness of breath and began to take Ventolin. Breathing worsened, and the pulmonologist at the next visit again prescribed anti-inflammatory treatment - taking inhalers (ventolin-becatide) 3-4 times a day. Bekatid was prescribed to take at least a month. In a severe attack at the end of May, the diagnosis was made: bronchial asthma of a mixed form of moderate severity - exacerbation, chronic, obstructive bronchitis, emphysema.

In the autumn of 1999, I visited an asthma school, where we were told in the affirmative that bronchial asthma is incurable - only the inflammatory process is treated, how and by what means - they explained to us in the learning process. Convinced that the adoption of hormonal treatment through inhalers is not harmful to health. They supplied us with relevant literature, prospectuses for the proposed medicines.

No matter how hard I tried to improve my health with the help of the proposed treatment, my general condition did not improve, but rather the opposite. The time has come when I realized that I will not achieve positive results by intensifying hormonal treatment, they lead me to a dead end, my health is deteriorating, but how to give up hormones?

My medical friends tried to help me with their recommendations. I took 6 months and then 2 more every day of flummucil, a range of nutritional supplements for the immune system. Have recommended to address to a homeopathist. The homeopath, while diagnosing, said that all my bronchi are clogged with sputum, there is an infection in my body. A long-term treatment was prescribed from November 2000, and later the homeopath approved my desire to do Strelnikova's breathing exercises. I learned the whole set of exercises, their implementation was difficult - shortness of breath and weakness interfered. I realized that without the help of Dr. Mikhail Nakolaevich Shchetinin, it would be difficult and difficult for me to overcome my illness.

Having phoned the doctor, I received permission for treatment under his supervision. At the first lesson at the end of December, I was surprised that I was able to complete all the exercises allowed to me at the required tempo-rhythm. But at home then I felt worse, now I realized that it was an exacerbation. By this time, I had been taking homeopathy for the third month already, gave up hormones, and in return sharply increased my intake of ventolin (up to 7 times a day), otherwise I could not breathe.

At the beginning of April 2001, I was with Mikhail Nakolaevich at the next lesson. Before this arrival, not wanting to part with therapeutic exercises, carefully, overcoming her painful condition, 3-5 exercises, adding one at a time, often sitting, went to a full set of exercises. Nevertheless, the first classes were the overcoming of his illness. An acute desire to recover and the talent of the doctor did their job. My dreams began to come true. I did not believe myself and was afraid to rejoice out loud. Ventolin intake began to drop sharply to 1-2 times a day. And then the day came when I took ventolin for the last time. It was May 9, 2001, in the middle of a course of treatment. Classes turned into a pleasure: the consciousness that after them I would feel even better, the ease of doing the exercises (without much effort, only attention) beckoned me with an attractive force.

Now I can breathe freely again, sing my favorite songs, lead my former active lifestyle. I do not stop doing breathing exercises, as expected: at least 2 times a day. I hope to improve my health in the future.

I am infinitely grateful to Dr. Mikhail Nikolaevich Shchetinin, his benevolence, love for people and the obsession with which he takes the Hippocratic oath. I sincerely wish Mikhail Nikolaevich that the business of his life is Russian breathing exercises A.N. Strelnikova - took a worthy place in Russian medicine, so that the doctor had many like-minded people, assistants and followers, so that more and more people could practice and be treated by this miraculous gymnastics.

I wish that our traditional medicine, represented by the leaders on whom the introduction of Strelnikov’s breathing exercises depends, pays the most serious attention to the obvious benefits of this technique and refuses an ambitious attitude towards what has not been sufficiently studied.

In the spring of 2003, A.B. Kretova came to the control treatment session. Her condition continues to be stable.

VALENTINA ALEKSEEVNA SHAGAEVA (ZHELEZHNODOROZHNY, MOSCOW REGION)

Dear Mikhail Nikolaevich! I tell you how Strelnikova's breathing exercises helped me get rid of the following diseases: chronic bronchitis, cervicothoracic osteochondrosis, sciatica, chronic rhinitis, gastritis, vegetative vascular dystonia, pain in the gallbladder.

After an illness suffered in childhood (dry pleurisy), a scar formed on the right lung. When I took a deep breath, I always felt a strong pain in my right side. Only thanks to respiratory gymnastics did this scar dissolve - this was shown by fluorography. I have been doing breathing exercises from the very beginning of your lectures on the radio. Until now, I continue to do it daily for 30 minutes in the morning and evening, I do the whole set of exercises. I bought 8 books “Respiratory gymnastics Strelnikova” and sent it by mail to my relatives who live in different regions of our country.

Let them, like me, be treated without any drugs and medications that do not help, but only poison our body. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Mikhail Nikolaevich, for the unique method of treatment that brings health to many people!

LIA MIKHAILOVNA MURATOVA (69 YEARS OLD, KASHIRA, MOSCOW REGION)

At 68, I felt completely disabled. Myocardial infarction, stomach ulcers and many other major and minor health troubles are in the past.

By the time I got acquainted with the method of treatment of Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova and personally with Mikhail Nakolaevich Shchetinin, I already had a group II disability due to severe hypertension, coronary heart disease and mixed asthma.

The battery of bottles and boxes of pills was my constant companion and did not always save me from frequent angina attacks. Being in the past an active person of a sports warehouse, I could not walk 100 meters without shortness of breath.

I searched unsuccessfully for a way out. Desperate, I started doing Strelnikovskaya gymnastics without faith in success. Studying first from the book, and then in person with Mikhail Nikolayevich, I experienced uncertainty and fear. On the third lesson there was a fracture. Against the background of heavy breathing and weakness, with a sufficiently large load for me in the exercises, I suddenly felt relief, increasing vigor. There was a point of support, the possibility of fighting for a normal existence.

The improvement in my condition was rapid. After 4 months of classes, I did without a single pill. The pressure is always normal. I can withstand physical activity no worse than healthy peers.

I bow to the genius of two wonderful women - Alexandra Severovna and Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikov! Having no medical education, using the age-old experience of choreographers of singing voices and on a whim, characteristic of all creative people, they discovered a simple and accessible method of healing for everyone. The dedication of their student Mikhail Nakolaevich Shchetinin evokes a feeling of surprise and deep gratitude. Communication with him in the classroom greatly enhances the success of treatment. In his book there is no solid scientific research. This practitioner's book is a precious gift to the sick person.

It is deeply perplexing that so far such a successful method has not been studied by the luminaries of our medicine, is not supported by official leadership. One can understand why A.N. Strelnikov. But even now the situation has changed little.

As a doctor, I can imagine why this treatment is so successful. Paradoxical breathing, combined with the tension of various muscle groups, allows you to consciously act on the walls of the pulmonary vesicles. A unique opportunity is created to control the vast capillary network of the lungs. From my point of view, it is fair to call this gymnastics also vascular. First of all, it has a beneficial effect on the pulmonary capillaries and then friendly on the walls of the vessels of other organs and tissues.

Strelnikova's gymnastics allows you to influence the processes of carbon dioxide recovery in the blood, which are disturbed in patients suffering from shortness of breath (hyperventilation). Thus, the formation of oxygen tightly bound in erythrocytes is reduced. Therefore, it is clear why this method is successful in a number of diseases.

LYUDMILA MIKHAILOVNA RODIONOVA (61 YEARS OLD, MYTISHHI, MOSCOW REGION)

Over the past years, she has gained a whole bunch of diseases: vegetative-vascular dystonia, cervicothoracic osteochondrosis, thickening of the maxillary sinuses, swelling of the nasal mucosa. The nose barely breathed. Constant colds ... On the legs, the nails became yellowish-brown in color, not even, but clumsy.

In the city of Mytishchi, a health school operates at the Palace of Culture. M.N. Shchetinin was invited to give a lecture and give a practical session. That's how I learned about Strelnikova's breathing exercises. I had hope to restore nasal breathing. I bought a book and began to do Strelnikov's breathing exercises at home on my own. Soon I turned to M.N. Shchetinin, completed the entire course of therapeutic breathing exercises. Nasal breathing appeared, cervicothoracic osteochondrosis passed. To my surprise, normal, even white nails began to grow on my feet. I thought that nails become so clumsy with age, but it turns out - nothing like that!

LIDIIA VLADIMIROVNA GITINA (70 YEARS OLD, NEW YORK, USA)

Dear Michael! You asked me to write about the details of my healing many years ago with the help of the miraculous gymnastics of Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova.

Against my will, I had to graduate from a technical university. But when I started working as an engineer, I realized - I can’t! Cried, thrashed about. It was not possible to relearn. The husband studied (after the army), the son grew up - what a lesson! And suddenly they suggested - you can earn extra money as a guide. It's already in Tallinn. At first, they didn’t take courses! Non-partisan ... And they didn’t take on the staff. And I already understood - this is mine! I worked with rapture and saw how people, especially children, like it! I alone loved, knew how to work with children. But, finally, with torment - settled down. And suddenly ... After a severe flu, I went “on the panel” early, as we joked, - on a walking tour, strained my voice so that everyone could hear (the groups were huge, and the compressor was also working nearby), and something cracked in my throat!

And so the doctor visits began. It threatened to look for engineering work, again hateful hard labor. Mom accidentally saw a note in the newspaper with A. Mironov, I wrote Alexandra Nikolaevna (to the address of the Moscow Council Theater) a long letter of pity. A month later I received a postcard with a hasty line “Come at least for a few days”, and the address is on the back!

Again a miracle! The bitch director was away, and her deputy treated me well. And then she allowed me to take Friday and Monday at my own expense.

So, I had 4 days! With bated breath, in my best jersey suit (it was May 1973 or 1974 - I don’t remember), I was looking for A.N. Strelnikova. If she treats “such” people as Mironov, then, probably, a whole complex! Naive - we had it, and even in Soviet times! It turned out - a wooden house, 2 rooms walk-through! Queue outside. In the first room there is a piano, at the piano there is a gray-haired woman, very elderly (she was over 80, it seems) - the mother of Alexandra Nikolaevna, and above the piano there is a portrait, a beauty in a luxurious dress (it seems, something pink and white). She studies with singers and tells something (I remember about a barren woman whom I forced to breathe while squatting and who later gave birth). In the next room in the middle on a chair, our beautiful Alexandra Nikolaevna, surrounded by those waiting in line. He teaches and also tells something, vividly, with humor: “The great Caruso (or Gigli - I don’t remember exactly) when he took a high note, imperceptibly put out his leg and carried all the weight of his body on it. I read this in one book, which I then “wrapped up” and included in the complex. Do you recognize her style?

When she heard that I was from Tallinn, she cast a very sharp look at me, just right through (I felt something that is now called powerful energy). Then she paired it with another woman, older, and said: “Come on!” I was confused: "I can not." “What are you sitting here for 2 hours, watching? Let's!" Well, I started as best I could. Of course, I immediately cursed my woolen suit, got wet. And she leads - with her voice, with her eyes! Once again I will say - this is your ingenious beginning - “palms out, psychic pose”! “Hug your shoulders” is very difficult to do right away, and even with a squat.

Out of desperation, I trained heroically, continuously. Truly, "patience and work ...". But my muscles hurt terribly, I could hardly walk! She is with me, my dear, and on Saturday, her day off, she studied - she regretted it!

Well, on the third day, my husband called from Tallinn to Moscow. When I left, he was on a business trip. And so he calls and asks to call Lida. I say: "Yes, it's me!" But he doesn't believe. They are already at home accustomed to everything that I sip. And here is such a sonorous contralto. Miracle!

And now, happy, I return to work and say: “That's it, guys. I brought you salvation. No more colds, fears for the voice, medicines and rinses! You sniff - and order. Further - you know.

I'm actually small - 154 cm, prone to fullness, melancholy, a weak type of comrade. True, in childhood, and then she didn’t get sick with anything (except for chickenpox). But - weak, a child of war, had to starve, both under Stalin and under Khrushchev. Therefore unbearable. And I got a terrible sinusitis. He aggravated from time to time, knocked down - literally. Only antibiotics temporarily helped. And here is salvation!

My granddaughter was born, and the children are still students. And in the middle is me. Like a pillar on which a building rests alone. And you have to work! So - I say for sure - the spirit held on to his favorite work. The guide, like the actor, is fueled by the energy of the listeners. But physically - the great respiratory gymnastics saved! Only!!! Without any arrogance I can confirm - this is a brilliant discovery that came from above! And I am so happy for you and grateful that you have been given this happiness - to help people in such a way! I hope, I believe that goodness returns, and you deserve it! It was God who brought you to Alexandra Nikolaevna in order to save you to continue the great work!

I myself am so pleased to talk about Alexandra Nikolaevna. Memories of her are one of the brightest, most sacred in my life. I felt, understood then that I had encountered a rare, special person. Of those who do not allow humanity to run wild and grind.

LARIS FEDOROVNA SHMALIY (DNEPROPETROVSK)

I, Shmaly Larisa Fedorovna, a valeologist, a psychologist-hypnotherapist, I am engaged in the method of breathing exercises by A.N. Strelnikova is about 30 years old. Thanks to this gymnastics, I got rid of many diseases, namely: heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, tachycardia, sinusitis, fibroma, pregnancy failures, constant colds, etc. And here is an amazing case: I met such a wonderful woman in my life - Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova. My life has completely changed. I became healthy, not sick, I had a great joy in life, and now I can’t imagine my life without the gymnastics of Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova.

And it happened like this. With Alexandra Nikolaevna

Strelnikova, I met in the 70s after I read the magazine "Inventor and Rationalizer" with a demonstration of exercises by Andrei Mironov. Since my relatives lived in Moscow, I turned to them for help - to find the address and telephone number of A.N. Strelnikova.

Having learned the phone number of A.N. Strelnikova, I immediately called and asked permission to visit her. And I came to Moscow.

A.N. Strelnikova, after listening, as I understood from the magazine, to the description of the exercises, offered to demonstrate several exercises. I received comprehensive advice.

I left for Ukraine in Dnepropetrovsk with full information. Repeatedly I came to Moscow to A.N. Strelnikova, called by phone if there were questions. And there were a lot of them, and Strelnikova kindly answered all questions.

Arriving in Dnepropetrovsk, I did miraculous amazing gymnastics everywhere: at home, on the street, at work, on a train, on an airplane, at sea, etc. Once again I repeat - everywhere. They began to pay attention to me, because. I was ready to shout to the whole world: “I am recovering!”

Thus, fibroma, sinusitis, and other diseases gradually began to disappear. All these years I have been convinced of the effectiveness of the Strelnikova method, how useful it is for everyone and at any age. ... My husband Vasily and I began to teach our son this healing gymnastics. Pediatricians came to us more in order to learn from our son how to take breaths-movements correctly!

At the age of 5, my son went with me to the University of Health, where we also demonstrated Strelnikov's gymnastics. Son Eugene told and showed exercises for visiting professors from different universities, and one of them, by the name of Chuck, leaving for Israel, said: “Zhenechka, I am taking this amazing gymnastics with me and I will do it myself and show it to others.”

Now my son Evgeny is 28 years old, he has a little son himself, and already at 8 months old he tried to make movements with his nose - inhales (like a hedgehog), and he liked it. Thus, a child from a very early age can learn this breathing prophylactically.

At the next communication with A.N. Strelnikova, I learned from her about Mikhail Nikolaevich Shchetinin ... I really wanted to meet Mikhail Shchetinin, the only student of Alexandra Nikolaevich Strelnikova. But fate did not smile at me, and the meeting did not happen. And here is the joy. After 20 years, my dream came true. The long-awaited day has arrived.

It was January 29, 2003. Fate gave me a meeting with my like-minded person - Mikhail Shchetinin. M.N. Shchetinin invited me to a lesson at the teenage department of the Central Research Institute of Tuberculosis. At the institute, we met with the head of the pediatric and adolescent department, a TB doctor of the highest category, Zinaida Vasilievna Evfimievskaya. A group of teenagers were looking forward to the start of classes. And so Mikhail Nikolayevich Shchetinin began to conduct classes. My delight knew no bounds. Severity was replaced by an affectionate word. In all clarity, the explanation is short, but accurate. And what a voice! Under his singing at the expense of 32, one or the other Russian folk songs sounded. I was lucky to be a witness to such a lesson.

Seeing the qualified classes of M.N. Shchetinina, at the moment my wishes are:

To organize the "World Health Center" in breathing exercises by A.N. Strelnikova under the leadership of Mikhail Nakolaevich Shchetinin;

Organize medical instructors for schools, hospitals and children's institutions, hold seminars, lectures not only in Moscow, but also in other regions and countries;

Meet like-minded people at least once a year to exchange experiences and avoid distortions in teaching. In order to discourage false healers and in order not to discredit the miraculous gymnastics according to Strelnikova, it is necessary to conclude agreements on taking training courses with M.N. Shchetinin - the only student of A.N. Strelnikova.

Paradoxical breathing exercises are the worldwide achievement of Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova.

MIKHAIL VLADIMIROVICH MASLOV (MOSCOW)

In the autumn-winter period of 2000, I took a course of Strelnikovo breathing exercises with Dr. Mikhail Nakolaevich Shchetinin. In 1998, after suffering from an acute respiratory viral infection, I began to have long bouts of coughing with difficulty breathing. After treatment in a hospital and consultations at the Institute of Pulmonology and allergists, I was diagnosed with bronchial asthma, an atopic form. I was prescribed an inhaler intal (4 times a day). He was treated with antihistamines and homeopathic medicines. Given my comorbidities - aortic heart disease, allergic dermatitis, vasomotor rhinitis, I began to worry about my future condition, because. Without inhalers, I could no longer live normally.

I have heard about Strelnikov's gymnastics for a long time. After reading the book by Dr. Shchetinin M.N., a student and follower of Strelnikova, I wanted to meet its author and learn the basics of this method. A positive result did not immediately come to me, but faith in Dr. M.N. Shchetinin and Strelnikov's gymnastics, as a last resort in the fight against a terrible illness, forced me to continue my studies. Approximately by the 9-10th lesson, my paroxysmal cough began to disappear, nasal breathing became free, various colds became easier to tolerate and, most importantly, I stopped using the inhaler!

Having mastered M.N. Shchetinin the basics of the Strelnikov method and having fully felt its positive result, I continued breathing exercises at home.

I am infinitely grateful to Dr. Mikhail Nikolaevich Shchetinin for his hard and necessary work, for his faith in getting rid of the disease and for his ability to preserve the unique Strelnikov method for the benefit of people's health.

LEONID SEMENOVICH ZAPRUDSKY (54, MOSCOW)

Over the past 4-5 years, constantly high pressure of 150-160/100 with rises to 170/110. Drug treatment gave an unstable decrease to 140/90 for a short time. Performance began to decline, the quality of life deteriorated.

I first heard about Strelnikova's gymnastics on vacation in the Crimea in 1982, but since there were no health problems at that time, I safely forgot about it. In the autumn of 2000, quite by accident, I opened the magazine "Sports Store" on the article by M.N. Shchetinin "Strelnikova's gymnastics is useful to everyone!" and immediately remembered the excellent reviews of twenty years ago.

Went to the doctor for treatment. The beginning of the classes was rather difficult, at the 5th lesson there was pain in the legs, which increased significantly at the 6th and 7th lessons. I started exercising daily at home. After 8 sessions, the pain began to decrease and stopped after 10.

The pressure was maintained until the 5th lesson, after the 7th it dropped to 130/80 and stabilized, the working capacity increased sharply, and sleep became sound. After six hours of sleep, I wake up fully rested. Daytime sleepiness is gone. The sharpness of perception of events and the speed of reaction have increased. Significantly increased the physical load capacity of the body.

For me, breathing exercises by A.N. Strelnikova has become an excellent weapon in the daily struggle for the quality of her own life.

SVETLANA VASILIEVNA ERMAKOVA (64 YEARS OLD, MOSCOW)

Diagnosis: ischemic heart disease, II degree hypertension, exertional angina, rhythm disturbance, extrasystole, dyscirculatory encephalopathy. She lay several times in hospitals with hypertensive crises (on an ambulance call). Constantly on medication.

Strelnikova began to practice breathing exercises on March 1, 1999 after a lecture at the DC VOS. After 2 months of regular classes 2 times a day, positive results appeared: I became less tired when walking and doing household chores, ease of walking appeared, working capacity increased, my head began to spin less, I began to write poetry.

In recent months (since January 2002) new positive results have appeared:

There was activity in business, it became easier to "on the rise";

There was a desire to communicate;

Improved mood;

Became more optimistic;

Stopped dizzy;

The knees stopped hurting;

I began to write more poetry;

Sleep improved (became long, without waking up, began to fall asleep quickly.

Arterial pressure returned to normal. If before breathing exercises the blood pressure was constantly 180/110-200/110, and during crises it was 220/120-240/120, but now it has significantly decreased. During the day, blood pressure "does not jump" sharply and is 130/80-120/70. Recent ECGs (in February and March 2002) showed a positive trend in the anterior wall. There are also improvements in heart rate.

I continue to do gymnastics. I hope to completely get rid of drugs.

AUGUSTA NIKOLAEVNA SINEVA (56 YEARS OLD, DZERZHINSK, NIZHNY NOVGOROD REGION)

Having worked in the Far North for 23 years, she came to live with her parents in 1990. In 1989 she fell ill with asthmatic bronchitis, which in 1991 turned into bronchial asthma.

I will forever remember the day when my sister called an ambulance (I had recurring, severe, severe asthma attacks). The ambulance arrived, but the doctors did not remove the attack of suffocation. With this they left. Breathless, I thought that this would probably be the end of my life. But perhaps there is a God in the world. My sister recalled that a friend gave Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova’s phone number, saying that she was engaged in “some unusual gymnastics that cures asthma” with people. Smearing tears down my face, I dialed the number.

Instead of a female voice, a calm, friendly male voice was heard in the receiver: “Hello, I’m listening to you! ..” In response to my request to invite Alexandra Nikolaevna to the phone, the same voice answered: “Alexandra Nikolaevna died ... she was hit by drunk motorcyclists .. .” Then he asked me in alarm: “Do you have asthma? .. Sit on a chair: bend your back in an arc, head down ... Put the tube close to your ear ... Listen to how I breathe: a short noisy breath through the nose, and let the air out through mouth". After taking a few noisy breaths into the tube, the same voice said: “Breathe into the tube... Wrong!. Listen to me breathe." And he slipped into the phone again several times. “Do you hear? Now you breathe!

This went on for fifteen minutes. The spasm has been lifted! When I asked who I was talking to, the voice on the phone just as calmly said: “The assistant of Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova, Mikhail Nikolaevich Shchetinin, spoke with you.”

If you knew how grateful I was to you for saving me then from what seemed to be inevitable and terrible that awaited me!

Taking the magazine “Physical Culture and Sport” from the library (at your order), I began to do breathing exercises according to the method of A.N. Strelnikova. The attacks of suffocation soon almost all disappeared, and my studies ended there. If only I knew how insidious my disease is!

Six months later, I began to suffocate with renewed vigor. I was admitted to the hospital and put on the hormonal drug prednisolone. After going through all the procedures: injections, droppers, plasmaphoresis, UVI (ultraviolet radiation), I realized that I had become disabled because of the hormonal drug.

In 1992, I called you again, Mikhail Nikolaevich. She said I want to work with you. I arrived in Moscow on your non-reception day. And again, I am still grateful to you, Mikhail Nikolaevich, - you worked with me alone for an hour and a half. During the break, when I was resting, they talked about the creation of this gymnastics, about Alexandra Nikolaevna.

Arriving home, I again began to intensively engage in Strelnikov's gymnastics, and again there was not enough willpower. When my condition improved, my classes stopped again. Instead of prednisolone, I started taking polcortolone. All this continued until 2002, until I “earned” deep vein thrombophlebitis “with the help” of polcortolone. It ended with the detached blood clot flying to the brain and, having scattered into fragments, settled in the cervical region. So I had another misfortune - a stroke.

After spending 21 days in the hospital, when I arrived home, I lay in bed for a month and a half. At home, my legs were paralyzed. Further, as a consequence of a stroke, I developed heart failure.

And I started calling you again, asking if it is possible to do your gymnastics in my current state? And again your calm, benevolent voice said to me: “It is not possible, but necessary!”

And again, with your help, I once again began to get out of my difficult situation. I can’t remember without tears how, overcoming suffocation and pain in my legs, I began to practice lying down. The first 5 days were bad with the heart. But in those bitter days for me, I swore to myself that I would never give up this gymnastics again. Moreover, I knew perfectly well that any day I would call you, and you would not refuse to help me! It was such a support for me!

With the help of the unique gymnastics A.N. Strelnikova, and with your help and support, I have gone through all the consequences of a stroke;

I don't feel my heart, i.e. my heart failure has gone;

I walk on my own feet with pain relief;

At the moment I'm only taking 1/2 of a polcortolone tablet and I'm hoping to get off my hormones completely.

Thank you, Mikhail Nikolaevich, for your kindness, attention to us, sick people, for your help in word and deed! This is so important in our difficult, difficult time.

VLADIMIR ALEKSANDROVICH BORISOV (55 YEARS OLD, KRASNOYARSK)

I am writing to you from a distant Siberian city, I myself am a former physician, on whom official science put an end to it. Diagnosis: III degree sarcoidosis, III degree respiratory failure, emphysema, pneumosclerosis, complete "bouquet". Disabled group II for life, so I had to quit my job after such a conclusion from the State Scientific Center for Pulmonology, where my doctor friends sent me. This was in 2000.

After that, I undertook to treat myself:

He began to do gymnastics on the asculptor;

Reduced the use of corticosteroids, and in 2001 completely abandoned them;

Currently I use vitamins and asparkam (2 tablets a day);

I tried Frolov's apparatus, mastered it. Shortness of breath seems to have become less, but he caught the flu, purulent bronchitis, and had to abandon this idea;

I went to classes on Norbekov;

And I was horrified: in the city of a million people at the Medical Academy there is not a single teacher who has mastered Strelnikova's gymnastics! Neither pulmonologists nor phthisiatricians know this technique.

He began to learn with the help of "poke" himself. After mastering "Ladoshki", "Pogonchikov", "Pump" I did 2 times a day stubbornly: in the morning and in the evening 96 times. Then there was a sharp pain in the right upper lobe of the lung. There is no one to consult, I decided to rest for 2 days so as not to “break” adhesions. And at his own risk, he began to study further. I felt better in my health. But most importantly, I have a very big faith in this gymnastics. And most importantly, in 2 months my asthma attacks have decreased.

With deep respect for you. God bless you!

N.I. KO3YAKOVA (58 YEARS OLD, NOVOCHERKASSK, ROSTOV REGION)

Thanks a lot for your book! For many years I knew about the breathing exercises of A.N. Strelnikova, but the book was bought only recently. I am a hypertensive patient with a 25-year “experience”, I have a disability group III, in addition to this, I acquired a whole “bouquet” of diseases by the age of 58: rheumatoid arthritis, osteochondrosis, urolithiasis (stones were crushed in the left kidney 4 times), varicose veins (removed vein on the left leg), bradycardia, arrhythmia.

I started practicing according to your method from January 5, 2003. After doing even one exercise “Palms”, the pressure drops from 200/105 to 160/95. The first time I did not even believe it, but every day it was confirmed. Even an ambulance, having made 4-5 injections, could not lower the pressure so quickly ...

NADEZHDA FYODOROVNA KAZAKOVA (53 YEARS OLD, DZERZHINSK, NIZHNY NOVGOROD REGION)

I got acquainted with gymnastics in January 2001 in order to get rid of the headaches that I have suffered since the age of 15, which became more frequent after surgery on both eyes due to the possibility of retinal detachment.

Surgery to remove uterine fibroids (1988), surgery to remove the gallbladder (1995), complicated high myopia, choroid staphyloma, laser surgery (2000). Stoop, frequent back pain, headaches - only pentalgin helped.

After 5 months of classes (1 time per day, incomplete complex), the headaches disappeared (very rarely, there were 3 times in 2 years), there is no back pain, the back is straight, the shoulders are turned, the gait is easy, I feel fine.

I am sure that we need to do much more, I am surprised at the attitude of people to gymnastics: it is so easy to perform - and such indifference!

God bless you and your family! Thank you! God bless you!

IRINA ENRIEVNA PLOTNIKOVA (46 YEARS OLD, PHARMACIST, MOSCOW)

Dear Mikhail Nikolaevich!

Thank you so much for giving me the chance to feel like a normal healthy person. I stopped thinking about my inferiority due to poor health since childhood. Breathing gymnastics A.N. Strelnikova helped me cope with chronic bronchitis, when the doctors had already diagnosed the asthmatic component. After a head injury at the age of 5 and after 3 operations in the nasal cavity at the age of 15, I suffered for a long time from severe migraine headaches. In recent years, a neuropathologist has determined me to live with vegetovascular dystonia, and therapists predict a tendency to hypertension after my hypotension.

I got acquainted with gymnastics in 1994 and immediately mastered it thanks to you after a phone call in response to my letter. After your lecture at the Pharmakoptevo warehouse, I was finally convinced that the exercises were performed correctly and I will continue to do so. Already inspired a neighbor with her daughter, both smokers, to the need for a healthy lifestyle.

Thank you for your noble heart and kind soul! We wish you great success and good luck!

A.P. LUKYANIN (BRYANSK)

Thank you so much for the book on breathing exercises. She resurrected me.

I am a pensioner, not so long ago I have already exceeded 70. I have worked in a mine for more than 20 years in underground work. Heavy smoker for over 50 years. On occasion, he did not refuse alcohol. More than once it happened to go over too much, especially in my youth. All this taken together could not but affect my health. I acquired a whole “bouquet” of all kinds of ailments: gastritis, stomach ulcers, weakening of the muscles of the left ventricle of the heart, chronic bronchitis, and, perhaps, already bronchial asthma (too clearly already and seemingly for no reason began to suffocate, especially when a sharp change in weather).

And then your book fell into my hands. I have been doing this for about 8 months now. And a miracle happened! I can't call it otherwise.

My severe shortness of breath disappeared without a trace. And I do not feel any other ailments. Actively working on my 6 acres. And not just a little, but in full force. My mood has improved, I feel cheerful, and people around me have already begun to notice this.

Somehow it turned out by itself that I began to smoke 10-12 cigarettes a day. This is half as much as before. I feel like I can completely stop.

Why am I writing to you? Then, to sincerely and wholeheartedly thank you for what you have done for me.

And not only for me.

N.I. BARANOVA (TEACHER-METHODIST, P/O SAVINOVO, KIROV REGION)

Mikhail Nikolaevich, thank you! I read and re-read your message: everything is clear, everything is clear. We continue to work. On Monday morning, we do breathing exercises A.N. Strelnikova (DGS) completely, the whole complex. At the lessons, 1 time - a physical education minute, sometimes just sitting at our desks, we breathe a little (exercise "Palms"), We promote, issue certificates: a family instructor for DGS. And it's been like that for 5-6 years.

Results: children fell ill 2.5 times less than in the control class (during the 1996-97 academic year), 1.5 times less during the 1995-96 academic year, etc.

One boy fell ill every month, coughing, bronchitis from 2 to 6 years old. They pricked at home monthly (according to parents). We decided to change the kindergarten to a school, at the age of 6 they sent me to study. Came. In the first grade, there are 77 lessons (19 days), in the second grade - 43 lessons (9 days). Parents are happy! And doctors put: exempted from physical education (obstructive bronchitis). And he is engaged in both physical education and DGS. And I am glad more than anyone - and keep quiet. And she's in good shape for her age!

I saw: they casually showed it on TV in "Health" - DGS, temp. It would be nice to see you in this program in the classroom with children, there is no money to go. We try to withstand everything according to your description, but it's better to see once than ...

In the district they are asked to speak, because. healthy children are not everywhere. Now I have 3 classes. At the Kirov Pedagogical University, I was with this at the Department of Anatomy and Physiology. Approved! And their regional methodologists said they were incompetent.

The head of the Kirov department was at our DGS and the head of the RBM, they promised a business trip to you. Yes, only “things are still there” ... Then I would be an “ace”! No one has money, not only teachers. Haven't been paid for months...

There is a daughter, a teacher-nurse, so she would have cards in her hands. Moreover, he lives in Shchelkovo-7, leads a private "school" to prepare children for school. But she takes her boy to clinics and sanatoriums. She would have my beliefs and attitude to DGS!

Well, as if I were talking to you, Mikhail Nikolayevich... Thank you very much!

LYUBOV MIKHAILOVNA BARBASHOVA (50 YEARS OLD, MOSCOW)

I do gymnastics A.N. Strelnikova since February 2001 and, of course, I fully feel the results of these studies. If I have time (on weekends, during holidays), I do it twice a day. During the week, I rush to work in the morning (I work at school), so I do it completely only in the evening.

The first thing I get from gymnastics is pleasure! I just love doing it, no matter the mood. And since my work is hard, nervous (I work as a teacher of Russian language and literature, now the workload is 30 hours a week, there are still many notebooks, I also earn extra money, if possible, with external students), then by the end of the days I just often fall off your feet. But always, as soon as I start doing gymnastics, and especially towards the end of the complex, I really feel a surge of strength and some kind of special enlightenment. As if I walked from the heart in a quiet pine forest. But I don’t live anywhere, but next to the Varshavskoe highway, where cars make noise for days, what a gas pollution! Our house is old, we live on the fifth floor. But all this does not prevent you from feeling completely different after gymnastics.

I turned to her because life forced me. Since 1987, my thyroid gland has been enlarged (diagnosis: diffuse toxic goiter III degree). The treatment was of a periodic nature, I categorically refused the operation and refuse. Therefore, in 2001, for the third time, an exacerbation of the disease began, which provoked atrial fibrillation. And the upper pressure is already 170-190. I refused hospitalization, and began to do breathing exercises in parallel with pills for blood pressure and heart, as well as a set of drugs for the thyroid gland (metizol, thyrotomy).

More than a year has passed. I have slowly phased out my thyroid medications. Then she refused Enap, because. the pressure is already extremely rarely rises, and then somewhere around 140, no more. Maybe I will give up Sotalex and Asparkam (these are heart drugs).

Thank you! Blessed memory of your mentor Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova! While I am moving and thinking, I will do this gymnastics.

ANASTASIA SERGEEVNA BOCHAROVA (66 YEARS OLD, ZHILINO SETTLEMENT, OREL REGION)

I am retired, 66 years old. Diseases "bouquet". I have been doing breathing exercises for 1 year and 3 months after I heard your advice on the radio. Then I began to look for the book 41 was happy that I found it.

Improvements started small: snoring decreased, and then disappeared, the heels became very soft (all my life they were like a grater). The "nets" on the legs have decreased, etc. But most importantly, stones came out of the kidneys. In 1997, there was an operation to remove stones from the kidney (there were 2 of them - a little less than a walnut in size). She wore them for more than one decade, because. urolithiasis was always in question from the age of 30.

In 2000, during another attack, it was found that there were stones in both kidneys. And then - gymnastics. And after six months of classes, brown sand began to come out with urine in the morning for a month. Thought it would never stop. Of course, I was interested in the condition of the kidneys. During the examination, it turned out that there were no stones in the kidneys. This is a miracle!

My delight could not be hidden, and I, of course, shared with the doctor. I must say that doctors do not particularly support and believe in your gymnastics. But I think that this neglect is simply out of envy.

And as for hypertension, it’s true: 10 minutes of gymnastics - and the pressure is 120 over 80.

I am writing because there were no examples of kidney stones passing in your book.

TATYANA MIKHAILOVNA KOROBCHENKO (73 YEARS OLD, ULAN-UDE)

I live in Buryatia, I am already 73 years old. At the age of 46, I fell ill with bronchial asthma. Doctors treated me for two and a half years - there was no result. I had to go on disability and die. From the doctors I heard about the "miracle" and began to do breathing exercises A.N. Strelnikova independently in the journal "Physical Culture and Sport" (corresponded with Steve Shenkman). I could not go to Alexandra Nikolaevna, the doctor forbade me: she said that I could die on the way. So I had to learn gymnastics myself.

I want to brag that for 21 years I have not gone to the doctors. I heal myself thanks to Alexandra Nikolaevna - her miraculous gymnastics. She extended my life, gave me a second wind. I have never sung in my life, and now I sing no worse than any artist. My diseases: vascular dystonia, osteochondrosis, sciatica, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, colitis, gastritis, arrhythmia, angina pectoris, hypotension (in youth, in old age - hypertension), tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis, bronchitis, bronchial asthma. And on top of that, my weight was 105 kg with a height of 1 m 65 cm.

Now these diseases do not exist. If they appear, I “destroy” them with breathing exercises. My weight gradually dropped to 65-67 kg. I feel great, I walk in any weather (easy gait). No matter how difficult it is to live now, but health cannot be compared with anything!

NIKOLAI IVANOVICH VOLOBOEV (PENSIONER, SAMARA REGION)

Breathing gymnastics A.N. I have been doing Strelnikova for a long time - since 1992, but with interruptions. The first 2 years are continuous. I had 3 years left until retirement, and the “bouquet” of illnesses was large. But the main thing - the voice was dull, weak. At my lessons, the students (gallery) were noisy. They did not hear my voice.

I remembered about the therapeutic gymnastics of A.N. Strelnikova, about whom I once read in the magazines "Inventor and Rationalizer" and "Worker and Peasant Woman". And according to the description, he began to master the complex. He considered himself prepared physically (in 1954 he fulfilled the norm of the III category in artistic gymnastics). But it turned out - not so. For example, when I approached the Big Pendulum exercise, drops of sweat dripped from my nose and ears. And these spots were visible on the floor. Not even spots, but small puddles. On the day I did 3 times the exercises of the complex, which consisted of 5 exercises.

About a month later I come to the classroom, greet the students, as always, and hear the noise in the classroom subside. I conduct a roll call (this is a must in our technical school), and there is silence in the class! I look for the inspector with my eyes, but he is not there, and there is silence in the class! What's happened? I'm starting to explain the new material. And suddenly I catch the reflection of my voice (I stood half-turned to the class): a clear, sonorous, distinct voice! And I realized that my voice really became an instrument that they talk about in pedagogy, but do not say how to do it!

But ... the trouble has passed, asthma has disappeared, the pressure is stable at 120/80, and mother laziness has piled on. Retired, no voice needed. And I began to notice that I was getting fat, it was hard to wake up, etc.

I resumed classes in October 2002. Now I have returned to normal, even on the bus they ask for a pension certificate! Breathing is excellent day and night.

ANNA IOSIFOVNA DMITRIEVA (61, MOSCOW)

I drive for treatment to Dr. M.N. Shchetinin of his grandson, who is 8 years old. I myself do not participate in the treatment process, but only watch how Mikhail Nikolayevich deals with seriously ill patients.

About myself: I have had chronic pyelonephritis for 20 years. The last years of exacerbation pass with high fever and severe cystitis, from which I get out with broad-spectrum antibiotics.

Recently, I started having cystitis, I took my temperature - 37.4. Before taking the pills, I decided to try to relieve the exacerbation with breathing exercises. I did the whole complex three times - the temperature became 36.9.

I connected exercises from the urological complex and did them 3 times a day. In 3 days I got out of the exacerbation without pills. Now I finally believed in this breathing exercises. As soon as my head starts to hurt, I immediately start doing it. Headache goes away during gymnastics. It's a miracle! You just have to not be lazy.

GALINA NIKOLAEVNA ZUEVA (72 YEARS OLD, MOSCOW)

Dear Mikhail Nikolaevich!

Thank you very much for the book "Respiratory gymnastics Strelnikova"! After 8 months of classes, I felt that my night cramps of the limbs (especially the legs) had stopped. I have been treated for osteoporosis for many years. I drank a lot of calcium, "Alpha-D3", but there were no positive results.

Perhaps the cramps were associated with other diseases, but, nevertheless, they stopped. Only one night I had a cramp in my right thigh. It was broken before: a triple fracture of the tibia. I got up and did 20 minutes of breathing exercises. The pain let go.

Second - I have improved the work of the vestibular apparatus. When I started to practice, I could do “Rolls” and “Steps” only by holding on to the back of a chair with one hand. Now I do these exercises without support, and with my hands I add the “Crosscarts” movement.

Thirdly, after gymnastics, my headaches stop. True, sometimes the pain can return after a while.

I have bad fingers bend into a fist (especially the ring fingers). That's why I added hand movements to the Rolls and Steps. Due to many fractures of the limbs, I do more exercises for the arms and legs.

Once again, thank you very much!

TAMARA ALEXEEVNA SHUSHA (67 YEARS OLD, MOSCOW)

Once I heard on the radio that now the only student of A.N. Strelnikova Dr. M.N. Shchetinin will teach breathing exercises. I heard about this gymnastics a long time ago, back in 1974, when I was seriously ill. But at that time it was difficult to get through to Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova, she was forbidden to treat.

By June 2000 I was in a very serious condition. And I fell ill in 1957 - hypertension and hyperthyroidism. In 1974, she suffered from pneumonia with pleurisy and complications, rheumatism, myocardiosclerosis, and heart rhythm disturbance. She consulted Professor V.E. Grechko and was diagnosed with diencephalic syndrome with frequent attacks.

Life went on, and diseases were added. In 1988, the first and very serious: atrial fibrillation. I ended up in the intensive care unit of the Botkin hospital, where with great difficulty they brought me back to life. In the medical report, the diagnosis was: diencephalic syndrome, atrial fibrillation, paroxysmal tachycardia, angina pectoris, cardiosclerosis and ischemic heart disease.

In 1990, resuscitation was again in hospital No. 50. In 1991, left-sided hemorrhage and hemoparesis. In 1997 - cardiopulmonary insufficiency, chronic bronchitis, lungs filled with water - the doctors could hardly come out. But I can't walk well, I'm suffocating, etc. In October 1999, my husband died, I endure his death very hard and end up in the 45th hospital with a pre-infarction condition.

She bent over, grew old and did not want to live, everything around her faded. I go to church, I pray at home, and only this makes me live - faith in God!

And then there is this transmission. I started to study, not the word "practice" - barely move and breathe. But she didn't quit.

And here is the result: I walk without a stick, I walk for 2 hours a day, I walk - I don’t sit!

In August, I was able to go to the country. And somehow in the train I was seen by a friend who came to me in the winter. She even screamed: “Tom, is that you?!” I replied: “Yes, I am!” I began to ask what happened, why I became so much prettier. I told her about the classes, about M.N. Shchetinin, about the miracle that he brings to people. She bought a book, but still lacks the willpower to start studying.

I am grateful to Mikhail Nikolayevich for his kind heart, for his attitude towards us sick people.

VICTORIA DMITRIEVNA ROMASHOVA (72 YEARS OLD, MOSCOW)

A 72-year-old pensioner addresses you with words of gratitude. I have a "bouquet" of age-related sores: angina pectoris, hypertension (disabled group II), etc. In the last six months, the spine (osteochondrosis), inflammation of the knee and ankle joints began to torment me the most. When walking, the pain is breathtaking.

But I got lucky. On March 23, I managed to get to your lecture on breathing exercises by Strelnikova. There I signed up for your classes. And - about a miracle! The pain receded. True, at the beginning of classes, she became aggravated. But my very qualified attending physician Elena Viktorovna Davydova and her experienced nurse Lidia Georgievna Skopinova, who knew A.N. Strelnikov was recommended to overcome the pain and continue his studies.

And indeed, by the end of this short course of your studies, the pains began to recede and soon completely disappeared. In addition, the pressure began to normalize. If earlier it reached 180/100 in the morning, now after gymnastics it drops to 138/74. And progress is being made every day.

And all this is thanks to you, thanks to Strelnikova's breathing exercises.

ELZA PETROVNA KUZNETSOVA (62 YEARS OLD, LISKI, VORONEZH REGION)

Hello, dear Mikhail Nikolaevich!

On June 17, 1999, the article "Strelnikova's lifesaver" was published in Rural Life. I learned from her that the case of Alexandra Nikolaevna was not lost. And I have known her gymnastics since 1980, when I ordered FiS for my son. At that time, he was diagnosed with such a diagnosis that he could not even come close to a military school. Only 2 exercises were published in the article. He brought classes up to 2000 slopes per day and entered the flight. He flew in the Far East, now retired.

SVETLANA SATSUK (NALCHIK)

Dear Mikhail Nikolaevich!

In 1986, I fell ill with bronchial asthma and, on the advice of my friends, I turned to Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova. In 1988, I underwent a course of treatment with breathing exercises. After the course of treatment, the number of seizures decreased sharply. A few months later, the seizures stopped completely. To this day, I don't think about asthma.

It is joyful to think that there are people on earth who can help and help to forget about a serious illness.

ELENA POLUYANOVA (45 YEARS OLD, ALMA-ATA)

Dear Mikhail Nikolaevich!

I got your book. 4 months with two girlfriends 2 times a day we do your gymnastics for 64 breaths-movements (at work we lock the room with a key for 15 minutes). Tatyana (47 years old) no longer has a headache. We are very pleased with our community, we get a boost of energy, fatigue disappears!

ADMINISTRATION OF KINDERGARTEN No. 7 "Thumbelina" (G.ESSENTUKI)

Our kindergarten is a municipal special (correctional) educational institution for students, pupils with developmental disabilities (a compensatory type kindergarten with priority implementation of qualified correction of deviations in the physical and mental development of pupils). The entire teaching staff has been using breathing exercises by A.N. for the past 7.5 years. Strelnikova in her work with preschool children from 3 to 7 years old.

This type of therapeutic gymnastics is carried out by teachers in combination with other therapeutic and recreational activities. The work carried out gave a pronounced positive effect, as evidenced by the graph of the decrease in the incidence of children, for example, for 1997-1999. In total, 240 children were rehabilitated during this period.

The experience of our kindergarten in using this method of breathing exercises A.N. Strelnikova was repeatedly shown at the methodological associations of pedagogical workers in the city of Essentuki, where he received approval. Other kindergartens began to use it too.

PAVEL NIKOLAEVICH ALYMOV (32 YEARS OLD, MOSCOW)

At the time of this writing, I am 32 years old, married and practicing law. Behind the school, two institutes, various sports, in general, everything that can be available to any healthy person. I repeat, healthy. My repetition is due solely to the fact that my health was not inherent in my birth, but was restored as a result of a meeting with Strelnikova Alexandra Nikolaevna.

In early childhood, at about 4 years old, I was diagnosed with bronchitis with an asthmatic component. Over time, the disease almost turned into asthma. Frequent coughing attacks, reaching suffocation, and bronchitis became my constant companions for years. As a result of this, I was deprived not only of the opportunity to lead a normal life, including sports, but also could not attend a pre-school institution, and later I had to skip classes at school.

My mother, Alymova Valentina Ivanovna, spent a lot of time, effort and money on my treatment. Everything has been tried, from the so-called traditional medicine to homeopathic remedies and traditional medicine. Treatment in hospitals, taking homeopathic medicines and bee products gave a temporary result, affecting the attacks as a consequence of my disease, but not the cause of its occurrence. At that time, we lived on Walter Ulbricht Street (now Novaya Peschanaya, next to the Sokol metro station). Someone from my mother’s acquaintances told her that A.N. lives and teaches breathing exercises on Tukhachevsky Street. Strelnikov. So, at the age of eight, I was first brought by my mother to classes with this wonderful person. At that time, and it was 1979 or 1980, Strelnikova had already healed more than one thousand people (perhaps more).

I recall the cards that Alexandra Nikolaevna kept in books similar to accounting ones. Such books contained the medical history of her patients, the dynamics during treatment, as well as the feedback of former patients themselves after recovery. In addition to treating asthmatic diseases with the help of her system of exercises, Alexandra Nikolaevna successfully staged the voices of famous Soviet pop singers and dramatic actors. I remember that Strelnikova also said that when using her breathing exercises in boxing, athletes could do without breaks for longer. Later, while practicing fencing, I additionally assessed the possibilities of her exercises and the correctness of her statements.

So, I took a course of 10 lessons in her small apartment on the street. Tukhachevsky. During the treatment with Strelnikova, I stopped taking any drugs and at the time of the attacks I successfully coped with the help of breathing exercises. After the termination of studies directly with Strelnikova, for several years I did not stop my studies even after my illness was completely forgotten. Only by the age of 13, when I was already actively involved in sports and was not inferior to my friends in my physical development, I stopped breathing exercises. However, even after that, repeatedly with the help of the Strelnikova system, he got rid of a cold without medication.

From the time of my first acquaintance with Alexandra Nikolaevna, 24 years have passed, of which 21 years have passed since the attacks of the disease completely left me. Over the past time, I have repeatedly recalled with gratitude this modest man, who, without exaggeration, successfully replaced entire medical clinics, centers, etc. for a huge number of people. with their numerous staff.

Not so long ago I refreshed the memory of A.N. Strelnikova, when he showed my friends some exercises for their son, who is sick, as I myself was sick earlier. Interested, friends began to look for followers of A.N. Strelnikova. Imagine my surprise when I learned from my friends that the tragic death of Alexandra Nikolaevna did not stop the good that she brought to people.

In good memory of Alexandra Nikolaevna, I address these lines to Mikhail Nikolaevich Shchetinin, who is the only continuer of the teaching of the respiratory system according to A.N. Strelnikova. By developing a set of previously existing exercises, Mikhail Nikolayevich made it possible to bring healing to a large number of people affected not only by respiratory diseases, but also by other diseases, including urological ones. I would like to believe that M.N. Shchetinin will also prepare worthy students, which will preserve the memory, and therefore life is the cause of A.N. Strelnikova, and will benefit many people in need of healing.

With gratitude and respect - Pavel Alymov.

GALINA KALININA (33 years old. S. KOROBCHEEVO, KOLOMENSKOY DISTRICT, MOSCOW REGION)

Many thanks for your work. It is impossible to tear yourself away from the book. Everything is very interesting. Each word is chewed, probably easier and does not happen. You, like a kind nanny, take care of your pets.

When I did a warm-up exercise for the first time, it seems that the head is clearing up, and the lungs are straightening. For many years I sang in the church choir, regented on the kliros. So, it seems to me that this gymnastics is completely related to prayer.

I think that if parents and their children were engaged in it, we would not have a single drug addict in Russia, let alone a drunkard. And later, a child, having become an adult, who grew up on this gymnastics, would never swear, would never get into bad company.

This gymnastics seems to protect from everything bad and bad. Gives comfort and peace to the soul. And most importantly - health!

ZINAIDA SERGEEVNA SEDENKOVA (72 YEARS OLD, YAROSLAVL)

Mikhail Nikolaevich, dear, glorious doctor and savior of me and many thousands of sick, infirm, beggars who knew this miraculous gymnastics by A.N. Strelnikova, whose holy work you continue with unquenchable energy, continuing to save from illness, death and death!

I bow before you and ask the Almighty to give you health, wisdom, patience, the gift of divine love and long years of active, creative life. Until the end of my days I will be grateful to you that you exist and continue the work of your teacher and mentor.

I was lucky to see her on June 15, 1981, after a year of training with stuttering children and working on myself, because. the bouquet of my sores did not give me rest day or night (combined heart disease, stenosis and insufficiency of the mitral and aortic valve). According to the conclusion of the chief cardiologist of the regional hospital Borisova Bella Mikhailovna, I can’t do any operations, but I have already done breathing exercises A.N. Strelnikova, she approved and looked, blessing me.

Stomach ulcer, chronic cholecystitis, chronic bronchitis, often inflamed kidneys, cardiac asthma began, often after a severe cold, sinusitis, tracheitis, pneumonia began, 2 times a year she was in the hospital for a month or more, in 1976 she suffered jaundice (serum hepatitis ), after a female operation (omission of the uterus after childbirth), 400 g of blood was poured from a sick woman (then it was very difficult with blood, and the blood was of poor quality).

In 1980, after my mother's funeral and nervous stress, blood sugar appeared, and an endocrinologist put me on the register for type 1 diabetes (I took pills and diet food). A year later, they deregistered, the blood was normal (for a year now I have been doing breathing exercises by A.N. Strelnikova according to an article by Steve Shankman from the FiS magazine, I did it in the morning and in the evening).

Until May 1980, I felt like "wrap yourself in a sheet and crawl slowly into the cemetery." In 1981, I was offered a disability, which I refused, motivated by the fact that as long as the “candle” burns, I will be satisfied with that. The Almighty gave me a chance to survive due to the breathing exercises of A.N. Strelnikova and spiritual awakening. The harmony of soul and body gives strength, energy, relieves tension, stress, improves brain function, heart function, gives vigor, normalizes temperature and pressure, cleanses the nose and lungs if a viral infection or cold has hit, relieves tachycardia during; nervous overload. I do a lot of social work, I sleep little, and when I am overloaded, I often do breathing exercises. On May 20, 2003, it will be 23 years since I have been constantly doing this miracle gymnastics.

At the Academic Council of the USSR Ministry of Health on June 16, 1981, where I was lucky enough to be, see and hear not only Alexandra Nikolaevna, but also other members of the Academic Council, I had to answer many questions of the chairman Siluyanova V.N. My answer was short and clear: “Until I die, I will do this miracle gymnastics.” For a year of training, I was convinced that she is my salvation and life. I believe in its effectiveness and healing from various sores, it helps to endure stressful situations in this turbulent time.

In May of this year, I turned 72 years old. Feel; yourself pretty well. From my life during these 23 years of study, I have so many interesting cases that a whole day is not enough to tell about them. I will tell you just one case.

In January 1980, I visited my elderly parents living in the town of Tutaevo (43 km from Yaroslavl, only by bus). The regular bus broke down, the next one only after 1.5 hours. Frost - minus 28 ° C, it is impossible to wait in such a cold. She returned to her parents' house, where the stove had just been heated and the temperature in the house was +28°C. We played with my father in his favorite checkers. 10 minutes before the departure of the last bus, I got off and 500-600 m before it I saw that it was already accelerating, about to start. I had to run with a load in both hands.

I had time, the bus started moving, the people - like a herring in a barrel. Thank God, the bus is old, the doors with slots - blowing, blowing out snowflakes, and the core - if only there was something to breathe. We gave way to sit, there are still gentlemen ... Such a barking cough began that the passengers began to look at me more and more often, and I was very ashamed, I did not know how to stop it. What I knew from folk methods - I did everything to stop the attack, but no. She inhaled cold air, and the tonsils after a rheumatic attack and heart complications in 1953 were completely removed. And the cold air went straight into the bronchi and lungs - everything, I think, the inflammation has earned itself. But suddenly the thought slipped through my mind: try to breathe along Strelnikova! The door was thin, close to me, there was enough fresh air.

Sitting on the couch, she bowed her head, her hands on her knees. People are standing, no one is looking at me. And I began to sniffle, bending my finger after each eight (in June, that is, after a month of training, I was already breathing 12 × 8 without rest). And then I also breathed at 96, the coughing fit stopped, a break of 1-2 seconds and again 96. I don’t know how many such series of 96 I did, but for 45 minutes before the end of the trip I breathed and there were no more attacks. I came home - I don’t cough, I went to bed - I don’t cough, in the morning I did breathing exercises - I don’t cough. I was surprised at such a miracle and did without tracheitis, bronchitis and pneumonia ...

Now a little from the practice of my work as a speech therapist with stuttering children. From May 1989, after retiring, she continued to work with a group of debilitated children aged 5 and 6 until May 2000. The children were different, and the results were different. In prosperous families, where parents treated conscientiously and with all seriousness and responsibility, the results are positive. I want to talk about 3 children and their parents.

Vova Novikov, born in 1984, was admitted to the speech therapy group in June 1987 with a diagnosis of neurotic neurosis etiology, grade II adenoids. The conclusion of the ENT doctor: an operation to remove the adenoids was scheduled for the fall of 1987. The parents took the treatment of their son very responsibly, especially mother Irina Borisovna. Having learned Strelnikova's breathing exercises, they worked with the boy at home on Saturday and Sunday, continued hardening procedures, working in contact with us. The boy's adenoids resolved, he began to breathe well through his nose, became stronger somatically, and no operation was required.

Teaching children, I often told children about this boy, during the winter holidays of 2000 I asked Vova to come to visit us. He came with his mother, and everyone heard that his nose was breathing perfectly, there was no operation and there was no stuttering either. Speech is clean. On March 2 of this year, I called my home phone to find out more about him, talked to my father, because. Vova...serves in the army. The speech is clear, there was no relapse, he graduated from the Yaroslavl Chemical-Mechanical College. He goes in for sports, remembers gymnastics, but does not always do it.

Sorokin Artem, born in 1981, was admitted to a speech therapy group with a diagnosis of congenital heart disease, neurosis-like stuttering (severe degree), general underdevelopment of speech of the 3rd level. He was in a speech therapy group for 3 years ... He grew up and developed in a dysfunctional family, his father ... often abused alcohol, made scandals and pogroms. After the divorce, the situation in the family improved, the mother devoted herself completely to her son. Together with him she was engaged in gymnastics according to the Strelnikova method and hardening. When passing the commission before entering the 1st grade of the school, the doctors did not find a heart defect, and the boy was removed from the register. The boy is physically stronger, his speech has improved, he is ready for school. Unfortunately, I don't know Artem's further fate.

Sazanov Igor, born in 1976, entered the speech therapy group on September 1, 1981 with a diagnosis of clonotonic stuttering, severe form, spasms in the muscles of the articulatory-respiratory muscles. Was in the speech therapy group for 2 years. Somatically weakened, sick every month - acute respiratory infections, acute respiratory viral infections, bronchitis, tonsillitis, even in the summer months.

During the school year, he did not miss a single day due to illness, he did breathing exercises with desire, at home too. The conversation with Igor's father was on June 17, 1986. He moved to the 4th grade with good grades, speech is clear, sound pronunciation is normal. Does breathing exercises.

Thank you for everything and praise. Now I work in church with sick old and young people who do not want to get sick and swallow pills. Before the service, I tell them and read examples from your book, and in 15-minute breaks, everyone who wants to go out to another room where the windows are open, and I train them to breathe properly. I ordered 25 copies of your book at the request of those involved.

I will be waiting for your next book.

Goodbye. I hug you and bow low.

ELENA EVGENEVNA TSEDILINA (TORONTO, CANADA)

Dear Mikhail Nikolaevich! I want to thank you for the wonderful book that you wrote about Strelnikova's breathing exercises. I live in Toronto, I received the book from my friend T.N. Soboleva. I received it in September 2001 and started studying. Before that, a year ago, I practiced with a tube through the water according to the Buteyko-Frolov method for 4 months. I managed to extend the pause from 8 to 25 seconds, but in general, these exercises did not help me. Your book is very well written, it is kind, as is the author - this is clearly visible, and it is very easy to study from it.

I started everything according to the book, counting by 4, changed the corners in the room - I turned sequentially from the first corner, then 8 and now 16. For the first two weeks there were very severe pains - legs, lower back, neck. Then for 2 weeks almost everything calmed down and it was very cool. There was energy, a lot of ideas of what to do (I have not worked here for 4 years, I have a disability). Prior to that - 40 years of experience in science. There are many diseases, but the main background is the degeneration of the intervertebral discs with constant pain (less, more), exacerbations. Here it is also called osteoarthritis.

This good condition lasted for about 2 weeks, and then again there was a streak of exacerbations. I continued to do the exercises, and gradually my condition improved. For 5 months I have made great progress: the pains are very small, I move my neck and body much more freely, I walk without a stick, I almost don’t feel my heart.

My set of exercises, which I did for 20 years, did not give such results. I did a lot of things and do now (a little with dumbbells, cold showers, fasting, walking every day), but there was no such result. We do these exercises with my grandson (14 years old), but, unfortunately, with him only 2-3 times a week. Each time his breathing changes during the exercises (30 minutes) - sharp and sonorous is replaced by more or less normal towards the end. His nasopharynx is always stuffed up, at the beginning sputum comes out (allergic asthma), and then everything improves.

Once again, let me thank you for your work. It's great that you wrote a book with a methodology and gave it to people. Living in Moscow, I heard about this gymnastics many years ago, but, unfortunately, I did not know the methodology.

Thank you. Be healthy and happy!

TATYANA DNEPROVSKAYA (STUDENT OF THE VOCAL DEPARTMENT OF THE GNESINYH RUSSIAN ACADEMY OF MUSIC)

Since childhood, I wanted to become a singer. And even having received a musical education (music school, conductor and choir department), I understood that in addition to the traditional voice setting, there is something else that will help remove all obstacles and discomfort and enable the voice to sound easy and free.

And then one day I saw a book by M.N. Shchetinin "Respiratory gymnastics Strelnikova" and - oh eureka! - I found what I was looking for. I read the book in one breath and immediately began to study on my own. This went on for 6-7 months. And although I didn’t do the exercises with absolute technical accuracy, after a month I felt positive changes.

As you know, there is no limit to perfection, and in order to once again be convinced of this, I found Mikhail Nikolayevich's phone and began to go to classes. It turned out to be a shock for me that the Strelnikova Center is a tiny apartment. It even became a shame that some mediocre doctors have chic clinics, and the authorities cannot allocate premises for practicing unique gymnastics, which has restored health to tens of thousands, and maybe already millions of people. So much for the health of the nation.

I got an appointment with Mikhail Nikolaevich with a diagnosis of vocal cord failure. This meant that the upper case did not sound for me. I started doing voice work. The result was not long in coming - inner freedom appeared, the range expanded, the voice began to sound evenly and - lo and behold! - top notes appeared.

Surprisingly, with the help of breathing and special sound exercises, amazing changes occur with the voice. At the same time, you don’t have to think where to direct the sound, how to sing “in a mask”, how and where to take your breath. But all these terms used by vocal teachers only interfere and create additional inconvenience for novice singers.

For me, in general, it is very strange that Strelnikova's gymnastics is not used in music universities. If it were used (only correctly, because during this time my friends, actors and musicians, showed me so many options that it becomes creepy), then every year excellent singers would come out of the walls of conservatories and schools. It is no coincidence that this national Russian gymnastics is performed in the largest opera houses in the world!

In addition to improving the voice (friends say that even the spoken voice has changed a lot), lightness appeared in my whole body, and my main culprit for the “non-sounding” of the upper register - osteochondrosis of the cervicothoracic spine (and this is in my 20s!) - disappeared and more than me not worried. My neck is free, the spine received support in the form of the so-called muscle corset. It turns out that walking with straightened shoulders is comfortable and pleasant!

Now for 3 years now I have been doing gymnastics with joy and rapture, because I understand: if I follow all the recommendations, then all my achievements will only multiply.

Do breathing exercises with perseverance and pleasure, and it will definitely give you health,

joy and beauty, because the salvation of the drowning is the work of the drowning themselves.

P.S. Many thanks to Mikhail Nikolaevich for his talent, kindness and patience.

YURI VASILIEVICH METLEV (55 YEARS OLD, OMSK REGION)

Strelnikova's breathing exercises are familiar to me firsthand. For half a month I worked out in Moscow at the Center for Breathing Gymnastics. A.N. Strelnikova" under the guidance of the talented doctor Mikhail Nikolaevich Shchetinin, the only student and assistant of Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova.

I worked as a physical education teacher in a school for many years. I worked in a sports school, I have many years of experience in health groups and various health sections. It seemed that I knew a lot, but Strelnikova's breathing exercises shocked me. During the course, I began to feel great. The body was filled with energy and strength, the posture became straighter, the gait became more mobile. Lethargy in the arms and legs disappeared, I want to run, dance, do something, create!

With each subsequent lesson, I felt a new surge of life-giving forces, the appearance of cheerfulness, an improvement in mood. And how to breathe after this gymnastics! Breathing is easy and free, it seems that every cell of your body is breathing.

The mood is upbeat, the head is light, the thoughts are joyful. Only those who deal with it will understand me. How can I convey in words the feelings that overwhelmed the people who studied with me? How can one understand the condition of a girl who wept with joy because she spoke for the first time at a treatment session with Mikhail Nikolayevich freely, without any tension and fear (and she had a severe degree of stuttering).

The doctor's sensitive attitude towards patients, his kindness, his optimism instill confidence in each patient in recovery. In the classroom, he literally energizes everyone with his energy. He is not just a doctor, he is a Teacher and, precisely, with a capital letter.

Strelnikova's gymnastics is called fantastic, miraculous, unique. This is a priceless gift that could only be given by a person who sincerely loves his people, who wants to see this people healthy and happy. This was done by Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova!

As a teacher, I am convinced that Strelnikovskaya gymnastics is ideal for general education and sports schools, children's and youth sports and recreation sections and kindergartens. It should be done as morning exercises right at school at the desk before class and in the middle of the lesson (sniff your nose for a few minutes). And then the assimilation of new material will be much better.

This is especially important for elementary school students. "We wrote, we wrote - our fingers are tired!" And do with the children sitting at the table the first exercise of Strelnikov's gymnastics "Ladoshki". After sniffing with the children in Strelnikov's way for just a few minutes, you will see how effective it is. I advise teachers: learn to do this gymnastics yourself - it will come in handy for you too, teach children - they will skip classes less often.

Learn to do it right! This is your health. This is our health. This is the health of the people of Russia.

E.V. FOTH (3rd YEAR OB/GYN POSTGRADUATE STUDENT)

Despite the breastfeeding of the child during the first year of life, as well as decent medical care for the child, she was faced with the fact that at 2.5 years the child began to get ARVI with a frequency of 2 times a month. Over time, a lot of other diseases have joined, which I would not like to list. Let me just say that the most unpleasant thing that happened was stuttering that developed at 3.5 years. It should be noted that by the age of 5, against the background of stuttering, negative psycho-emotional character traits began to appear. After undergoing numerous courses of treatment with psychologists, speech therapists and almost losing hope for a cure, by chance I turned to Shchetinin M.N.

My gratitude to Mikhail Nikolaevich has no boundaries! After 5 lessons, the child began to have a desire to answer with words, and not with a movement of the head, after 10 lessons the child began to try to speak, after 24 lessons he began to adequately respond, laugh, spoke, stuttering a little. After 48 classes, he stopped stuttering! Within 8 months (in the mode of 3 lessons per month), which we devoted to consolidating the result, the child had ARVI 2 times in a mild form (maximum temperature 37.1 ° C for 1 day).

Due to the characteristics of the child at that time, I had to study with him. I was very glad, because the sensations that arise after 2000 breaths in Strelnikov's gymnastics, taught by Shchetinin M.N., can be compared with the state of a person when he had a good night's sleep and won the lottery.

As a person with a higher medical education, I constantly ask myself the question, why does Mikhail Nikolayevich have such good results?

I assume that due to the rhythmic, balanced work of the diaphragm involved in the act of breathing, tissues and organs of the abdominal cavity are indirectly included in the work. Because of this, intra-abdominal pressure changes, which affects the normal functioning of body systems, the muscles of the pelvic diaphragm are stimulated and strengthened, which leads to an acceleration of the fight against the pathology of the genitourinary system and the gastrointestinal tract. It must be remembered that all this happens with an increased consumption of oxygen by the body.

In the end, I would like to say the warmest words of gratitude that come from a mother who faced a great misfortune, from a patient who quit smoking after 10 years of experience, from a doctor who had the opportunity to see the complete recovery of people with various pathologies in an incredibly effective way.

LYUDMILA MAMAEVA (MOSCOW)

Dear Mikhail Nikolaevich!

Thank you so much for restoring my health, for the fact that thanks to Strelnikova's gymnastics I had the opportunity to give birth. And now I am very happy, because my daughter is already 2 years old, and my family has already forgotten that I once suffocated from asthmatic attacks.

And now I'll try to tell you in order. After the birth of my first child, I did not differ in good health, and my mother had a lot of different health problems. There were terrible headaches (which, as it turned out later, are called migraine with partial loss of vision), vegetative dystonia, osteochondrosis, chronic hyperplastic rhinosinusitis, allergies, gynecological problems.

My asthma began with an allergy, it was a terrible condition - my nose did not breathe, while it flowed from it, my eyes watered. I tried all the known antihistamines, but they helped for a short time, and then it started all over again. And then one night I woke up from an attack, but then I still did not know what it was. Attacks began to repeat every night. I went to the hospital. I visited both allergists and pulmonologists, did allergy tests, tried to avoid contact with allergens, drank pills, dripped drops, sprayed sprays, but all to no avail.

When I was given the function of external respiration, the doctor diagnosed me with bronchial asthma. And he prescribed treatment: intalom plus, teopec, zirtek. Yes, inhalers relieved the attack. At first, one dose was enough, then it was necessary to spray 2 times already, while still not breathing through the nose. The condition was terrible. Attacks were already in the morning, and in the afternoon, and at night. They started when traveling on the subway, and from strong odors. I tried to be treated with homeopathy, but I realized that it did not help me.

And then I started to think that I need something else. But what? I knew about Strelnikova's gymnastics from my mother-in-law, who once did it, because. she had chronic bronchitis. She underwent 5 operations and said that she does gymnastics before and after operations (those exercises that she can) and it helps her a lot. She said that she saw people die from lung failure after surgery. At that time, the mother-in-law lived in Kyrgyzstan. She sent us a book about Strelnikova's gymnastics for my husband, because. he practically did not breathe through his nose - he had polyps. But then no one read the book like that, it seemed unrealistic to recover from something with some kind of breathing exercises.

And when the mother-in-law arrived in Russia, she asked to return the book to her. Our life developed in such a way that we often moved from place to place, and I thought that she was lost when moving. But since my mother-in-law constantly asked about her (she forgot some exercises), I decided to look in bookstores for something about this gymnastics. In the "Biblio-Globus" I found a book by Mikhail Nikolaevich and almost at the same time at home I found that old book, which I returned to her. And Mikhail Nikolaevich's book lay with me. And I remembered it, read it and realized that this is exactly what I need.

I started doing gymnastics, exercise after exercise - the whole complex. It somehow made me feel better. I decided to take it seriously. I found out the phone number of Mikhail Nikolaevich by calling the editorial office.

I started to study in a group, it was, of course, difficult, but after a few sessions I could stop the attack with the help of gymnastics. I took 15 lessons from Mikhail Nikolaevich and already completely dispensed with intal. But there was a whistle (whistling breath), the nose was still breathing with difficulty. And I took another 15 classes. Improvements came with every session. The fear of a new attack disappeared (I finally stopped carrying an inhaler with me everywhere) and my headaches, lower back pain, which tormented me even before asthma.

I also brought my daughter, who also had a nose that practically did not breathe (there were adenoids), frequent colds, she suffered pneumonia twice. My daughter underwent a course of treatment, and we began to regularly exercise at home 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening. As a result, I did not go to the hospital with her at all. If she fell ill, then we brought down the temperature with gymnastics, a runny nose and cough were treated with gymnastics. It's just a miracle, no one believed.

When my main illness, with which I turned to Mikhail Nikolayevich, receded, I decided to start doing a urological gymnastics complex. My menstrual cycle was disturbed, there were very severe pains before menstruation.

And most importantly, we lived with my husband (by that time) for 12 years, and after our daughter was born, we had no more children. When the desire to have a second child arose, the doctors after the examination said that I had a multifollicular ovary, hormonal disorders, and that because of this I would not have any more children. And if I still want to have more children, then I need to be treated with hormones for a long time. But then I decided: okay, I won’t be treated, I have one child, let it be one.

But then I started doing a urological complex, and my pain before menstruation disappeared, the cycle returned to normal. And after a while I got pregnant. And now my youngest daughter is already 2 years old, and none of the doctors believe me that apart from Strelnikova's breathing exercises, I have not been treated with anything else.

But this is true. And I am very happy that I was able to defeat asthma, and even give birth to a child. Many, many thanks, Mikhail Nikolayevich, for the fact that you exist and that you help people regain their health, gain self-confidence.

VLADIMIR NIKOLAEVICH DOROKHOV (53 YEARS OLD, MOSCOW)

At the age of 23, I developed an allergy - severe itching and swelling of the mucous membranes of the eyes, nose, and palate. The doctors at that time could not tell me anything intelligible, and I stopped contacting them about this.

As a career officer, I served in regions with different natural conditions. The range of allergens expanded, and in 1989, in June, asthma attacks began, accompanied by gurgling and wheezing in the lungs. The doctors made a diagnosis quickly and without hesitation - an exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, which, in general, I did not get sick. This diagnosis was confirmed annually until the transfer to the reserve in 1996.

Particularly long and severe exacerbations were in the autumn, in wet weather. I quickly realized that it was not bronchitis, I began to look for a way out. First, he stopped the attacks of suffocation, which happened mainly at night, with cold baths, in the morning and in the evening he poured cold water over him. For 3 years, this technique saved, there was even hope for recovery. Then the situation worsened, an allergy to house dust, wool and other irritants appeared. I became a typical asthmatic and a regular user of the Asthmopent inhaler.

In December 1996, in connection with my dismissal from military service, I passed a military medical commission in the pulmonology department of a hospital in the Moscow Military District. Although at that time there were no external manifestations of the disease, bronchoscopy showed a deformation of the bronchial mouths, and on the basis of the examination, a diagnosis of bronchial asthma was made. With this diagnosis and wishes for success in my new capacity, I retired to the reserve under the supervision of doctors from the garrison polyclinic.

In the autumn of 1997, the condition deteriorated sharply, the attacks of suffocation were repeated more and more often, the working capacity was lost almost completely. I already knew that it was harmful to constantly use an inhaler, I did not hope for medicine, but I still turned to the clinic. I was pleasantly surprised by the human participation with which the therapist treated me. I refused hospitalization, because I saw and knew how and with what they treat asthmatics in the hospital. I was prescribed a course of aminophylline intravenously, daily for 10 days. The doctor strongly recommended that I contact Dr. Shchetinin Mikhail Nikolaevich, for which I am eternally grateful to her. Her words sounded confident that he would cure me, and I followed her advice.

The treatment turned out to be surprisingly effective. Improvement was felt after the first session of breathing exercises. After the fourth, the asthma attacks disappeared, and I interrupted the course of aminophylline in the middle. I never used an inhaler with the beginning of gymnastics sessions.

After the eighth session, the sputum production practically stopped, but the next day I got the flu. Severe runny nose, headache. Despite this, I continued with the breathing exercises. In 3-4 days, the signs of flu disappeared, only a complication in the form of mild bronchitis remained, which disappeared after the 12th session - a month after the start of treatment.

Soon, a week later, I had to work in a very dusty, unventilated room, and the dust was from sawing chipboard, to which I have a strong allergic reaction. This time it was not, and, in general, the manifestations of allergies stopped.

Of course, a month and a half is a short time to draw conclusions, but, of course, it is obvious that Strelnikova's breathing exercises are extremely effective in the process of its application. The only task is to ensure that its use is regular and constant, which is not acceptable for any average patient with his "pill" psychology.

In January 2004, I called V.N. Dorokhov and asked about his well-being. At present, his health has improved significantly, despite the fact that he does not do gymnastics regularly, but only during the period of exacerbation. “If I did gymnastics every day,” Vladimir Nikolaevich told me, “there would be no problems at all ... But, alas, our Russian laziness! ..”

From a letter from patient M.N. Shchetinina to the editor:

Illnesses haunt me from the moment of birth. When I was born, the legs were bent over the head (a freak girl was born), they could not be straightened. In early childhood, when I woke up at night, I was afraid to see fireballs flying in my face. Throughout my life, what diagnoses have not been made to me, they cannot be counted! But love, care of relatives and my desire to be healthy helped to cope with illnesses. However, after misfortunes in the family (loss of parents, brothers, husband), they returned with a vengeance. At the age of fifty, she was transferred to disability without the right to work, because. brain vessels had scars (examination at the Burdenko Institute of Neurosurgery). In 1999, the only son died ...

Depression, killing melancholy, the threat of blindness led me to Dr. Mikhail Nikolayevich Shchetinin, who helped me master Strelnikova's breathing exercises. In the spring I went to the village, to an old house - a gift from my late husband. There, after a nervous strain, my left leg ached. The volume of the leg doubled, it turned red. The skin was inflamed from the foot to the knee, itching, and soon an ulcer appeared, which festered and smelled bad. The ulcer increased, the pain intensified and made it impossible to sleep. At night, I began to do breathing exercises. The pain subsided and I fell asleep.

The emergency doctor said that it was a trophic ulcer, and it would be for a long time. Soon the ulcer spread and already resembled the size of a chicken egg.

Every morning I began to go to the river and there, completely naked, I breathed along Strelnikova for 2 hours, doing 4 complexes each. After each complex, I dived into the water and then breathed again. The pain was gone. I washed my leg with hydrogen peroxide, furatsilin, potassium permanganate, applied plantain all the time (I didn’t get the ointment), And I breathed again ...

Around the air, the sun, water, greenery, birds, fish swam to the very shore. The pain was completely gone. All this filled the soul with some kind of light, joy and gratitude. When I got home, I immediately fell asleep. I then ate mostly vegetables and herbs from the garden.

Gradually, the size of the ulcer decreased, only a clear liquid stood out from it. Two and a half months later, the ulcer completely healed.

Breathing gymnastics by A. N. Strelnikova was created at the turn of the 20-30s of the last century in our country and after a decade and a half it was a set of breathing exercises that included in active work not only the respiratory organs, but the whole organism as a whole, all parts body from head to toe.

The official "birthday" of Strelnikovskaya respiratory gymnastics is April 29, 1941. I am quoting a document from the People’s Commissariat of Health, stored in the archive of A. N. Strelnikova: “Your proposal entitled “Method of treating asthma with breathing exercises” was received by the Bureau of Inventions of the Technical Council of the People’s Commissariat of Health of the USSR on April 29, 1941, registered under No. 4268 and sent for conclusion ... ".

But, the war began, and the country was not up to Strelnikovskaya gymnastics. And only in 1972, Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova received a copyright certificate No. 411865 for "Method of treating diseases associated with loss of voice." I emphasize - "METHOD OF TREATMENT", and not recovery. The certificate of usefulness was given by the clinic of the Bolshoi Theater, the ENT room of the Institute. Gnesins and the Institute of Surgery. A. V. Vishnevsky.

Alexandra Nikolaevna was well aware that the gymnastics she invented was precisely THERAPEUTIC. That is, it does not just “knead” and “train” the body, like any physical exercise that is done in the morning after sleep or in physical education classes in schools and educational institutions. And it has a therapeutic effect, first of all, on the respiratory organs and, together with them, on the whole organism as a whole. Here and the musculoskeletal system, and the gastrointestinal tract, and the genitourinary system; diseases of the endocrine and nervous system and much, much more. That is why, next to Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova, there were always doctors who not only treated themselves, treated their children and grandchildren with this unusually effective gymnastics, but also tested its effect on various organs and systems in those medical institutions in which they worked.

Using Strelnikov's breathing exercises at the Central Research Institute of Tuberculosis of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences for more than 25 years, I never cease to admire its truly miraculous properties in the treatment of various forms of pulmonary tuberculosis.

High efficiency of breathing exercises A.N. Strelnikova has been confirmed by numerous studies that have been carried out at the Central Research Institute of Tuberculosis of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences since 1992. Photo from the personal archive of M.N. Shchetinina

No medicines in the world can increase the vital capacity of the lungs (VC). This can be done only by respiratory gymnastics.

Fulfilling the will of my teacher, I patented the gymnastics invented by her with three patents for the treatment of respiratory diseases. Again, for TREATMENT, not recovery. Alexandra Nikolaevna, throughout her half-century practice of cooperation with doctors, has always listened to their opinion and advice in the treatment of diseases (and who doesn’t have them now?! ..), requiring professional medical knowledge. She was always happy when doctors sent their patients to us, strongly recommending that they do Strelnikovskaya breathing exercises. A. N. Strelnikova also treated instructors, physical education teachers, and leaders of various sports sections with respect. But, I was absolutely convinced that their knowledge and practical experience are applicable in fitness, aerobics and sports, and not in medicine. And ONLY doctors should treat her with therapeutic exercises.

That is why I am ready to teach this unique healing technique to doctors who know the anatomy and physiology of the human body and are able to help patients with a variety of diseases. And not just the respiratory system.

Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova (1912-1989) - opera singer, theater teacher. In the 1930s she was a soloist at the opera house under the direction of K. S. Stanislavsky and V. I. Nemirovich-Danchenko. Having lost her singing voice, she developed, together with her mother A. S. Strelnikova, a set of breathing exercises, which later turned into a harmonious health system. And now this system is successfully used in the treatment of a number of different diseases of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, the musculoskeletal system, the gastrointestinal tract, the genitourinary system, and the central nervous system.

But, like many inventors, Alexandra Nikolaevna had to go through a difficult path from the rejection of her method by official medicine to nationwide popularity.

She was a completely healthy woman until her last day, when she tragically died in a car accident. She was 77 years old.

But, the work of her life - unique breathing exercises - she left to us, her compatriots. She passed on and bequeathed her discoveries to her student, Mikhail Nikolaevich Shchetinin.

They met when Mikhail Shchetinin was a student at the directing department. He came with his misfortune - he completely lost his voice. With the help of Strelnikovskaya gymnastics, he not only regained his lost voice, but also restored nasal breathing, got rid of bronchial asthma. Amazing gymnastics won him over with its truly ingenious simplicity and efficiency. Since then, he has become a follower of Strelnikova, her devoted student and assistant. On her instructions, he receives a second, already medical education, and now he is completely “immersed” in medicine, testing “singing” breathing exercises into an unusually effective non-drug therapeutic method.

When one day at a press conference, Alexandra Strelnikova was asked if she had students, she said: “The only thing I have in life is my gymnastics and my Misha!” Mikhail Shchetinin was next to his teacher for the last 12 years of her life. Alexandra Nikolaevna taught him how to stop an attack in a choking asthmatic, how to help the heart, how to get rid of prostatitis, prostate adenoma and impotence, how to work with bedridden seriously ill patients, how to restore flexibility to the spine and joints, how to make a stutterer speak smoothly, improve sound the voice of an actor or singer.

Currently, Mikhail Nikolaevich Shchetinin is actively popularizing Strelnikova's method in the press, on radio and television, and successfully introducing it into the practice of medical institutions. Mikhail Nikolaevich has preserved the richest archive of Alexandra Nikolaevna: her notes, photographs, joint sketches and development of new exercises. She could have done a lot more, but she didn’t have time ...

Mikhail Shchetinin is a spiritually generous and selfless person. He does not skimp on kindness: he has numerous free lectures for the elderly and disabled, gratuitous classes with seriously ill children in tuberculosis clinics, emergency telephone consultations for critically ill patients.

Mikhail Nikolayevich says that he is a happy person: he has cured himself, he saves others. Shchetinin's patients are very grateful to the tireless propagandist and talented student of Alexandra Strelnikova. And supporters of recovery in Strelnikovsky are becoming more and more every day. After all, Shchetinin gives free lectures at social service centers (SSC), children's centers, centers for disabled children, kindergartens and schools, and military units. And every time his listeners are amazed at the amazing effectiveness of paradoxical breathing exercises. And no wonder: Strelnikova's gymnastics makes it possible, with the help of simple breathing exercises, to improve the condition in a short time in almost any disease.

Dear readers, we wish you good health and success in mastering Strelnikovskaya breathing exercises!

Feedback from Egorkina N.D.

In the modern world, there is no shortage of breathing exercises, and doctors use different techniques. I, a phthisiopulmonologist, have used many methods in the treatment of patients with bronchopulmonary pathology over my many years of practice, but for more than thirty years I have unconditionally given preference to breathing exercises by Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova. Why?

Firstly, this gymnastics is amazingly effective!

Secondly, the exercise is available to almost everyone, regardless of age and psychophysical status.

Thirdly, Strelnikova's breathing exercises can be performed anywhere (at home, in a medical facility, at work, on a trip ...) and in any way (lying, standing, sitting ...)

After the tragic death of Alexandra Nikolaevna, with whom we had been close friends and cooperated for many years, Mikhail Shchetinin, the only and long-term student of Strelnikova, became the successor of her ascetic work. He, a physician by education, is fluent in all the nuances of exercises and is a highly qualified specialist. Moreover, for decades he has been applying, developing and adapting this treatment complex for each patient, depending on his age and severity of the disease. That is why, having more than thirty years of experience in the use of this gymnastics in medical practice (for patients and for myself personally), I periodically turn to Mikhail Nikolayevich Shchetinin for help, and continue to learn from him myself.

Why to him? The answer is simple: only M.N. Shchetinin is the bearer of the original method, who received it from the hands of the author and preserved all the best and valuable. In Strelnikova's breathing exercises, the most basic and necessary for obtaining a therapeutic effect is precisely the exercise technique, without amateur performance and lazy manipulations. And here Mikhail Nikolayevich is a standard and a mentor, helping to discern and correct mistakes and shortcomings that are invisible to amateurs. He, like no one else, feels the line between a possible compromise and an impossible simplification, nullifying the efforts of a person practicing the respiratory complex of A. N. Strelnikova.

We owe the emergence and development of respiratory gymnastics, which restores the voice and improves the functions of various organs and systems of the human body, to Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova. Therefore, it is absolutely deserved that gymnastics bears her name. The use of Strelnikova's gymnastics in patients, the spread of gymnastics in Russia and abroad is the merit of the only student and successor of A.N. Strelnikova - Mikhail Nikolaevich Shchetinin. With the name of Mikhail Nikolaevich and thanks to his selfless activity, gymnastics A.N. Strelnikova has gained truly nationwide popularity.

Currently, not all therapeutic effects of gymnastics have been researched and understood. However, its use, no doubt, brings great benefits to many, many people, allows you to refuse drug therapy, or at least reduce the dose of drugs. Thousands of people breathing "in Strelnikova's way" under the guidance of her student M.N. Shchetinin, indicate a significant therapeutic effect. It is important to correctly apply the technique, learn proper breathing under the supervision of a specialist, and then practice on your own. And many ailments will recede. Breathe according to the Strelnikova method and you will not only save, but also significantly strengthen your health!

Feedback from Evfimievskaya Z.V.

Unfortunately, many people refer to the gymnastics of A.N. Strelnikova as to ordinary physical exercises: he went to the stadium, waved his arms and legs, and everything is in order - he improved his health! Actually it is not. Breathing gymnastics A.N. Strelnikova is a serious method of treatment. And here an individual approach to each patient is very important. It is important not only to correctly perform the technique of breathing exercises, but also to observe a strict tempo-rhythm and dose the load, taking into account the age characteristics of each patient, his diagnosis, anamnesis, and physical condition at the moment. Therefore, it is very important to get qualified help from a specialist who is fluent in this method. So far, there is only one such specialist - Mikhail Nikolaevich Shchetinin. He was next to the author of this gymnastics for 12 years, is the only official successor to her work and knows this technique to perfection.

My deepest conviction is the gymnastics of A.N. Strelnikova should be practiced only by doctors who have been trained in this technique directly by M.N. Shchetinin.

Feedback from Anokhin M.I.

Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova was lucky with her student. It is possible that her remarkable technique would have been forgotten if it had not been vigorously promoted by M.N. Shchetinin. Thanks to him, millions of people are successfully engaged in Strelnikova's gymnastics today.

During those three decades, during which his teacher was not around, he, following her precepts, not only preserved the unique healing technique in the author's version, but also protected it in every possible way from various kinds of distortions and interpretations.

For more than twenty years of cooperation with M.N. Shchetinin, I was convinced that only doctors should practice this therapeutic method. Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova herself wanted this, registering her gymnastics in the USSR State Register as a “Method of TREATMENT of diseases associated with loss of voice.”

Gymnastics Strelnikova: physiological foundations and results

Anokhin M.I., Severin A.E., Shchetinin M.N.

Department of Normal Physiology of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, Central Research Institute of Tuberculosis of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, Moscow, Russia.

A feature of Strelnikova's breathing exercises (DGS) is a combination of physical exercises with sharp breaths through the nose. This improves airway clearance and reduces pressure in the pulmonary circulation. The effectiveness of DGS, confirmed by spirometry, is shown in the treatment of 30 children with moderate to severe bronchial asthma. Observations were also made on 1000 patients with various diseases who have been practicing DHS for many years.

Key words: breathing, exercises, non-drug therapy, bronchial asthma.

BREATHING EXERCISES OF STRELNIKOVA: PHYSIOLOGY. RESULTS Anokhin M.I., Severin A.E., Schetinin M.N.

Department of normal physiology PFUR. Moscow, Russia Abstract. Exercises of Strelnikova (ES) are a combination of exercises with strictly nasal fast breath-in. Forced inspirations through the nose hasten a clearance of airways and decrease a lung arterial pressure. Under the control of spirometry we have demonstrated an efficiency of ES in 30 children with bronchial asthma. Also it has observed 1000 patients with different diseases practiced ES for many years.

Keywords: breathing, exercises, therapy without medications, bronchial asthma.

In gymnastics A.N. Strelnikova (DGS) intensive movements of the arms and the whole body are combined with short sharp breaths through the nose, while exhalation is passive through the mouth. Experience shows that DHS is quite effective in chronic lung diseases, especially in bronchial asthma (BA). Although physical activity provokes an attack, however, a positive effect of short loads in this disease has also been described.

It is very important that the therapeutic effect of most non-drug methods weakens after 2-3 years of use, obviously due to the fact that the placebo effect plays a major role in them. Such a weakening is not observed with DHS, and patients continue to practice, sometimes for decades. The popularity of DHS is growing every year.

Of the pathophysiological mechanisms of DHS, we note a decrease in systemic arterial pressure and an acceleration of the clearance of the upper respiratory tract, while the level of CO 2 in the exhaled air does not decrease. The acceleration of clearance (cleansing) of the respiratory mucosa in DHS has been proven using the "saccharin test" and it improves mucus evacuation, which is useful for patients with bronchopulmonary pathology.

The state of 1000 patients who practiced DHS from 6 months was traced. up to 20 years old. The best clinical results were obtained with BA (147 patients), nasopharyngeal diseases (109), logoneurosis (29), as well as chronic prostatitis (14) and enuresis (6). Thirty children aged 10–13 years with atopic BA of moderate form, who had been ill for more than 5 years, underwent DHS courses of 12 sessions under the control of spirometry. Improvement was noted in all patients, and seasonal exacerbations of asthma in the future were milder in all and required less medical treatment. Spirometry indicators underwent a positive trend.

Analyzers application date gymnastics of A. N. Relay to eliminate obstruction sleep apnea and grape.

Keywords: sleep Apnea, prevention, gymnastics of A.N. Strelnikova, snoring.

There is a completely unfair opinion that snoring is not a particularly pleasant, but completely safe phenomenon for a person. In fact, heavy snoring in a dream portends the development of a disease called obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is a disease characterized by pauses in breathing during sleep. One of the causes of sleep apnea is a decrease in the tone of the genioglossal muscle, other muscles of the nasopharynx, retraction of the root of the tongue and the inability to inhale with the usual effort of the respiratory muscles. With an increase in their contraction, inhalation becomes possible, but it is accompanied by snoring, which is not only an inconvenience, but also a serious symptom of respiratory failure. Treatment and prevention of this type of pathology, in addition to the use of special breathing apparatus (CPAP therapy), also includes various phonation exercises. Breathing gymnastics A.N. Strelnikova can also have a significant effect in this pathology. Arbitrary diaphragmatic breathing through the nose, used in gymnastics A.N. Strelnikova at a high pace, combined with a blockade of costal breathing, allows you to activate the reflex contraction of the geniohyoid muscle (m. geniohyoideus) and other muscles of the diaphragm of the mouth that occur when the diaphragm contracts. These contractions relieve the pressure of the root of the tongue on the epiglottis and free the larynx for inhalation. Inhalation through the nose plays an important role. Multiple repetition of exercises in gymnastics A.N. Strelnikova reinforces the reflex and subsequently increases the tone of the geniohyoid muscle. With regular breathing exercises, A.N. Shooter's sleep improves, and the manifestations of obstructive sleep apnea stop.

Physiological substantiation of Strelnikova's therapeutic gymnastics

M.I. Anokhin, A.E. Severin, M.N. Shchetinin, clinic of children's diseases MMA them. THEM. Sechenov, Department of Physiology of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, Central Research Institute of Tuberculosis of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences.

Effective drug treatment of many diseases, which appeared in the 20th century, did not completely solve the problem, for example, allergic diseases and, in particular, bronchial asthma. Also, in the recovery and strengthening of the body, a healthy lifestyle, sports and therapeutic exercises are more important than drugs.

In Strelnikova's methodology, when it is practiced by an experienced methodologist, there is always a psychotherapeutic element, but it relies on certain positive physiological effects. With the help of the "saccharin test" it has been proven that forced breathing through the nose dramatically improves the blood circulation of the respiratory tract, and as a result, the clearance of the respiratory tract is accelerated. The second mechanism is a decrease in mean pressure in the lungs during forced breathing through the nose. As a result, systemic arterial pressure also decreases, which is useful in hypertension. In addition to forced breathing, in Strelnikova's health-improving gymnastics, movement (physical education) and a change in the breathing pattern are also important. All this explains the effectiveness and advantages of this gymnastics over other non-drug methods of treatment, in particular, bronchial asthma and allows us to attribute the technique to what is now called "evidence-based medicine".

The technique has been used in several thousand patients with various diseases, of which about a third are children with bronchial asthma.

one of the Strelnikov sisters, whose existence I had no idea. At a very advanced age, she now lives in Australia, is practically immobilized, and is ill with a serious incurable disease. For more than 60 years, Nina Nikolaevna tried to find her mother and sisters. After the death of Alexandra Nikolaevna, I read about Strelnikova's breathing exercises in one of the Russian newspapers, where, fortunately, my address and even phone number were indicated.

The only survivor of the three sisters, Nina Nikolaevna, wrote to me about what Alexandra Nikolaevna did not have time to tell.

Their father, Nikolai Dmitrievich Strelnikov, was a handsome man, older than his wife, Alexandra Severovna. She was 17, and he was 37, when they met at Davydov's singing lessons ... Mom, as Nina Nikolaevna writes, ran away from school, and they came to their parents, already married.

The summer of 1919 found Alexandra Severovna and her three daughters, Alexandra, Nina and Tatyana, in Vladivostok, where they were swept away by a revolutionary storm. Alexandra Severovna's sister Lydia and her husband also moved here, fleeing the Red Terror. And the girls saw the head of the family, Nikolai Dmitrievich, for the last time at Zima station. Nina Nikolaevna could not tell me anything more about his further fate. It only remained in her memory that her father played a lot with his daughters, loved to put them on his shoulders ...

In 1924, Lidia Severovna and her husband left for Harbin, taking with them Nina, a very weak girl, to help Alexandra Severovna support her family. Since then, Nina Nikolaevna no longer saw her mother and sisters.

"But I was once going to swim across the Amur!" - Alexandra Nikolaevna once told me (she was an excellent swimmer all her life, and in her youth she was even the champion of Novosibirsk).
Now, several years after her death, I found out why she wanted to do it! She wanted to see her sister! But it was then that she met "such wonderful blue eyes" (from the letter of the younger Alexandra to her sister Nina, which she sent to me in Moscow more than half a century after receiving it), that ... "Because of these" blue eyes "- writes me Nina Nikolaevna from Australia, - Shurka changed her mind about swimming across the Amur and fleeing to Harbin. She got married. But unsuccessfully. Mom wrote: "Shura is unhappy in marriage, divorced. And forget about our existence."

It was 1934, the Stalinist repressions began in the USSR.
In old photographs sent to me from another part of the globe, the Strelnikov family is captured at the dacha with a Chinese cook and at a picnic with friends - White Guard officers. The childhood memory of Nina Nikolaevna Strelnikova captured a portrait of her mother for the rest of her life, where she is depicted in full growth next to an ebony chair ("from the backs of the chairs, we children tried to pick out porcelain medallions in a bronze frame").

Alexandra Severovna Strelnikova was an unusually beautiful woman in her youth. My teacher had the same portrait of her mother on the piano in her youth (unfortunately, the portrait disappeared after the death of A.N. Strelnikova). Miraculously, an amateur photograph has been preserved, in which one of my patients photographed me against the background of this portrait.

Fate spared A.S. Strelnikov and her daughters. They were not affected by repression.
In the pre-war years, Strelnikova Sr. already used individual exercises of the future unique breathing system. Looking through the old papers of Alexandra Nikolaevna, I found a document from the People's Commissariat of Health, sent to A.S. Strelnikova, which said: "Your proposal called "Method of treating asthma with breathing exercises" was received by the Bureau of Inventions of the Technical Council of the People's Commissariat of Health of the USSR on April 29, 1941, registered under No. 4268 and sent for conclusion. The results will be reported to you."

But the war broke out, and there was no time for gymnastics.
How did it all start? Where did this unique system come from?

Countless times I heard from Alexandra Nikolaevna the same phrase that she uttered during her lectures: “When I, a young singer, lost my voice, my mother began to look for a way to restore it.

leniya. This is how gymnastics was gradually invented, "o Alexandra Nikolaevna did not like to talk about herself, and only from certain phrases, from some remarks, I could imagine how it all began.

They then lived with their mother in Sokolniki, in an old one-story house, which once had "stables. The Strelnikovs' mother and daughter were known only in a narrow circle of metropolitan singers. Their breathing exercises improved the beauty of the timbre, expanded the range of voices for those for whom singing was a profession, and "made" a voice for those who wanted to sing, without having any special natural gifts for it.
Strelnikova Jr. was very ill at that time. From heavy, stubbornly repeated, always with equal frequency, bouts of pain in her chest, her heart began to fail. The Strelnikovs had extensive connections in the medical world of Moscow, but, alas, none of the doctors, even the most famous ones, were able to help Alexandra Nikolaevna.

And then one day, on an autumn night, Strelnikova-daughter was brought out of oblivion by a sharp pain in her chest, which bound her whole body and came up to her throat with a lump. "Mom!" cried Alexandra Nikolaevna. "I'm suffocating!"

There was no telephone in the house, the nearest machine was a whole block away, Alexandra Severovna, horrified, threw open all the windows in the room so that her daughter could breathe easier. But it didn’t get any easier ... And then, convulsively catching air in her mouth, the younger Alexandra suddenly thought: “Strelnikov’s gymnastics!” Not "mine", not "ours", namely Strelnikovskaya! Gathering the last of her strength, with clenched teeth, she began to sniff the air noisily, taking 4 short, sharp breaths; And after a few moments I realized that I would live until morning.

It was in these terrible moments that mother and daughter realized that they had created not only breathing exercises that returned voices to actors and singers, but something

much more, something that can make a person healthy! This was the beginning of a new health system.

MOTHER AND DAUGHTER

Before the war, Alexandra Severovna lived in Novosibirsk, she worked at the local Philharmonic as a vocal teacher, and Strelnikova Jr. lived in Moscow, she was invited to sing at the K.S. Stanislavsky and Vl.I. Nemirovich-Danchenko. When the war began, Alexandra Nikolaevna moved to her mother in Novosibirsk. Here she led amateur art activities, traveling with the propaganda team around the Novosibirsk region,

In 1953, Alexandra Nikolaevna returned to Moscow, bringing three vocal students. Two of them entered the Moscow Conservatory, the third - at the Gnessin Institute. A little later, Alexandra Severovna also moved to the capital. The daughter began to work as a vocal teacher at the Central House of Culture of Railway Workers, and her mother began to work with the artists of the Moscow State Stage.
The rumor about amazing gymnastics, thanks to which the voice sounds clearer and louder, gradually spread throughout Moscow. Famous singers and dramatic artists began to come to the Strelnikovs for singing lessons.

People's Artist of the USSR Lyudmila Kasatkina (then already a well-known actress throughout the country, who starred in the film "Tiger Tamer"), who attended the lessons of the Strelnikovs, convinced the leadership of the Theater of the Soviet Army to hire these unique teachers, who in a matter of days eliminated her hemorrhage in her vocal cords , which the Bolshoi Theater polyclinic could not cure for several months. From the same polyclinic, the surgeon-phoniatrist V.A. begins to send singers and actors to the Strelnikovs. Zagoryanskaya-Feldman and otorhinolaryngologist D.A. Shakhov. Vocal students, as well as announcers, teachers with "torn" voices, directed by the phoniatrist V. L. Chaplin, began to come to the Strelnikovs from the lorry office of the Gnesins Institute.

Inspired by the support of scientific luminaries and her success, Alexandra Nikolaevna decides to submit an application for an invention to the All-Union Research Institute of State Patent Examination (VNIIGPE).

She had something to register. Her breathing exercises not only restored the singers' breath and voice, but also had an unusually beneficial effect on the body as a whole.
On September 28, 1973, VNIIGPE for the first time in the history of music registered the copyright of a singing teacher for the "Method of Treating Diseases Associated with Voice Loss", establishing its priority dated March 14, 1972. The certificate was registered under No. 411865.
How many times will this document help A.N. Strelnikov! How many times will she tell me: "What a blessing that I have a copyright certificate, otherwise I would have been wiped off the face of the earth long ago!"...

The use of Strelnikov's breathing exercises in practice has shown that the range of diseases in which it helps is very wide. The central press began to write about the unique healing gymnastics. But along with popular recognition, the rejection of official medicine also grew. High-ranking officials from the Ministry of Health did not want to put up with the fact that some kind of "imposter", who, in general, did not have not only medical, but also pedagogical education, dared to penetrate their "territory" and do what they we couldn't do it ourselves. Using the latest medical equipment provided at their disposal for various studies, pulmonologists nevertheless turned out to be, as they say now, uncompetitive in front of Strelnikova's technique.

Alexandra Severovna Strelnikova was no longer alive. A few years after her daughter received a certificate granting her the right to invent the "Method of Treating Diseases Associated with Loss of Voice", Strelnikova Sr., at the age of 88, died from severe injuries sustained as a result of a car collision. (A terrible coincidence: her daughter will also lie in wait on the street.)

Unfortunately, I did not know Alexandra Severovna, since I met Alexandra Nikolaevna at the beginning of 1978. By that time, she had moved from Sokolniki to a tiny apartment on Tukhachevsky Street. I saw only an old amateur film, kept by Alexandra Nikolaevna, on which her mother goes out into the garden and sits down in a rocking chair. The frames last for a few seconds.
“Everyone loved my mother,” Alexandra Nikolaevna told me. And she was very kind to people. I'm completely different, I can't love everyone!
- Shurenka! - Lyudmila Ivanovna Kasatkina once said when Alexandra Nikolaevna and I were visiting her. You know how I treat you...
But what kind of mother did you have? She was a saint!

Only a few years after I met Alexandra Nikolaevna, she somehow admitted that shortly before her death, Alexandra Severovna told her:

A year later, a boy will come to you, he will be called the same as your husband (the second husband of Alexandra Nikolaevna, Mikhail, died in 1943). Teach him everything, he will heal after us!
- Why did you say "to me", mom? Alexandra Nikolaevna asked in surprise. - Why not "to us"?
- And I will no longer be alive, daughter! - answered the elder Strelnikova.

"Pagan"

Alexandra Nikolaevna Strelnikova was not only a wonderful teacher, but she herself had a wonderful voice. She believed that this was largely the merit of breathing exercises.
When in 1953 her student vocalists were auditioned at the Moscow Conservatory, the conservatory luminaries began to doubt: “The fact that they all sing beautifully and have a good school does not prove the correctness of the methodology ... You, Alexandra Nikolaevna, simply gathered the best amateur singers in Moscow! "

And then Strelnikova got up and sang Kuma's arioso ("Look from the Lower") from the opera by P.I. Tchaikovsky "The Enchantress". Everyone was numb ... Frozen with delight, they listened to the woman whose merits they had rejected a few minutes ago. Well, how! Some upstart talks about his own method of voicing, which goes against all generally accepted recommendations, traditional for singing schools in England, France and even Italy!
The dean of the vocal faculty, Hugo Natanovich Titz, literally fell into prostration, and the former soloist of the Bolshoi Theater, Professor Elena Katulskaya, exclaimed: "God! What a singer! .. I refuse to participate in this vile persecution!"...

Every time, being present at Alexandra Nikolaevna’s home “sabantuy”, where singers and actors gathered, whom the mother and daughter of the Strelnikovs once “repaired” voices or who were simply taught to sing, I choked with tears, listening to Alexandra Nikolaevna perform Neapolitan folk songs and Vertinsky's romances... And the way she sang the Russian folk song "Nochenka" will never be sung by anyone else! She had such temperament and passion that it seemed as if her energy could crush everything in its path.

Slender, impetuous, impetuous... Red hair scattered over her shoulders, a piercing, demonic look of burning eyes...
And the voice, this extraordinary voice... Those who happened to hear it will remember it all their lives.
When she sang, I wanted to cry... She sang as if she was being burned at the stake!
"Pagan!" she said about herself.

And this talented woman wrote poetry. Here is one of her later quatrains:

On the threshold of winter I want
Get carried away for an hour, getting drunk ...
Without haggling - I'll pay for everything!
And I will never regret anything!

Alexandra Nikolaevna had some kind of supernatural inner instinct: she could not explain by what signs, but she accurately determined a person’s illness, it was enough for him to do a few gymnastics exercises.

Only later, after several years of working together, I realized that by the way a person moves, how he breathes, how he looks, she could tell what he was sick with.

But there were other cases of real clairvoyance. I remember one summer we were relaxing with Alexandra Nikolaevna in the Crimea, in Sudak. Suddenly, unexpectedly on the beach, she was seized by a strong anxiety. I asked what was the matter.

Something happened, - said Alexandra Nikolaevna and, after a little thought, looking at the sea horizon, added: - It happened in the theater ... - and after a few seconds she confidently and firmly said: - In the Theater of the Moscow City Council ...

Here it must be clarified that for the last fifteen or twenty years Strelnikova has worked as a vocal teacher at the Satire Theater and at the Mossovet Theater.
The next day in the morning I bought the newspaper "Soviet Culture" at the kiosk. When I read aloud: "Faina Georgievna Ranevskaya has died," Alexandra Nikolaevna shuddered, her face "dead" for a few moments ...

One evening, coming home from the Theater of Satire, she said:
- Mironov and Papanov have changed the way they play, and I don't like THAT.
I realized that she did not like the new way of acting by prominent actors, but the reasons that forced her to change. Soon, returning from work late in the evening, without undressing, in the hallway, she announced in some strange, unnaturally muffled voice:
Papanov died, - and, leaning her back against the door, looking with a fixed gaze into the depths of the room, she said quietly and doomedly: - And it seems to me that Andryusha will be next ...

She slowly slid down the door to the floor and sat like that for several minutes in the hallway, staring with unseeing eyes somewhere into the void. Then she got up heavily (this is with her lightness and impetuosity!) and, without undressing, went into the room.
Andrey Mironov died very soon ...
