  • Cheese grate on a coarse grater.
  • Cut the meat into slices, approx. 1,5 cm.
  • Beat the meat on both sides through cling film. Use cling film as desired, I use it so that the meat does not stain the walls of the kitchen.
  • Turn on the oven. Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Lay the chops on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the chops with mustard, salt and pepper.
  • Put on chops fried mushrooms with onions.
  • Wash the tomatoes, cut into half rings and put on top of the mushrooms.
  • Sprinkle the chops first with Adyghe cheese.

  • Wrap the meat in foil, put in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees minimum 1 hour. Check the meat, bring to readiness (it took me about 1,5 hours). When the meat is ready, open the foil and let it brown for a minute. 5-7 . Remove from the oven immediately so as not to dry out.

  • Rice - 1,5 glasses
  • Meat - 450 G
  • Onion - 1 large

  • We will need: of course, a piece of pork (I took the fattest piece that was - from the shoulder blade), garlic, two onions, salt, pepper.
  • And auxiliary things: a roasting sleeve and twine.
  • We marinate the meat in the evening. We stuff it with garlic, salt, pepper and leave it in a bowl with coarsely chopped onions. Three hours before the arrival of the guests, we take out the meat, shake off the onion and make a roll out of it. In principle, you can put the filling in the center. It can be anything, but the most delicious will be if you lay the inside with jamon, and then wrap it all up. Checked! It's awesome! But now we have a simple recipe. Therefore, we simply wrap the meat tightly and tie it with twine. It turns out "mummy". :)
  • Then we put the “mummy” in a baking bag, tie the edges and do not forget to pierce the sleeve in several places so that it does not burst in the oven. A toothpick is perfect for this.

  • Turn on the oven and preheat to 180 °C. Form for baking (I have a diameter 28 cm) grease with vegetable oil. Put the beaten slices of meat in the form, salt and pepper.

  • We add a little inside the incision, lay the garlic and a circle of tomato. You can add more cheese if you wish. Somewhere across 1,5 cm, we make another cut and continue to stuff half the pork in this way.
