Help about the implementation of the results of work

The certificate of implementation of the results of work (Appendix H) is filled out when performing work at the enterprise, the results of which are approved and will be or have already been implemented. The certificate is filled out on the company's letterhead.

The "Table of Contents" element is placed after the assignment for the performance of the work, should cover all parts and headings of the written work. In the table of contents chronological order all the names of the structural elements of the WRC (RC) are given, indicating the page numbers on which they are placed. At the same time, after the heading of each of the indicated structural elements, a dot is placed, and then the page number of the written work is given, on which this structural element begins.

In the "Contents" element, subsection numbers are given after a paragraph indent equal to two characters, relative to the section numbers, an example of the design of the "Contents" element is given in Appendix D.

3.6 IN conducting

3.6.1 The text of the introduction is not divided into structural elements (paragraphs, subparagraphs, etc.). The "Introduction" element is placed on the next page (pages) after the page on which the "Contents" element ends. In this case, the word "Introduction" is written at the top of the page on which the introduction begins, in the middle of this page, with a capital letter and highlighted in bold.

3.6.2 The introduction is up to 5 pages, it should not give definitions, tables, graphic material. The introduction should include:

1 relevance of the topic WRC work;

2 the formulation of the problem that needs to be solved, and the state of this problem at a given point in time (with reference to the work of leading experts in this field);

3 setting the goal and objectives of the study;

4 substantiation of the subject and object of research;

5 indication of research methods;

6 description of the research logic;

7 degree of elaboration of the chosen problem with an indication of scientists who have a scientific contribution to science;

8 the structure of the work indicating the number of sources used.

Main part

3.7.1 Main part (may consist of several chapters - sections (usually three chapters)). Chapters are numbered with Arabic numerals, paragraphs - with Arabic numerals separated by a dot. For example, chapter two is Chapter 2; the third paragraph of the second engraving is 2.3, and so on. Each chapter on the text of the WRC (RC) begins on a new page.

3.7.2 The first chapter (“Analytical analysis of known theoretical positions and practical approaches”) should provide theoretical basis for the second and third. To this end, the student sets out in it only that theoretical material, which he needs to solve practical issues determined by the goals and objectives of the WRC. A departure from this requirement inevitably leads either to an excessive increase in the volume of the first chapter, or to a separation from the content of the second and third chapters of the WRC.

It is important to remember that the first chapter should not be a presentation of the material of academic disciplines, but an analysis of the theory on the chosen topic. At the same time, the student critically comprehends various theories in order to confirm their practice in terms of solving certain economic problems. The level of quality of the material in this chapter is usually indicated by a list of references, which should be referenced in the text.

At the end of each chapter, conclusions should be drawn on the tasks solved in this chapter.

3.7.3 In the second chapter (“ Analytical part”), domestic and foreign practice of solving the problem under consideration in one or several regions of the Russian Federation is analyzed, or foreign countries. In this case, the choice of the object of comparison must be justified. Analysis of the solution to the problem should contain not only positive, but also negative assessments. The second chapter involves the diagnosis of the object of study, should contain a brief description of this object, including a description of the object, its economic potential, the degree of use of resources, efficiency of functioning, place in the social division of labor, rating in the system of similar objects.

The next step is to analyze current state object (for the last 2-3 years), identify trends in the development of the object (for a number of years), evaluate these trends. high quality and especially quantitative analysis economic process (problem) largely depends on the completeness and reliability of the information base used by the graduate student. Gaining access to these databases is one of the tasks that a student can solve independently.

Based on the results of the study, conclusions should be drawn that should emphasize the positive and negative trends in the development of the object of study, confirm the presence of the problem identified in the first chapter and state the need to solve it.

3.7.4 In the third chapter (“Project part”), it is advisable to analyze government programs aimed at solving this problem. The analysis should include an assessment of the quality of the program (completeness, radicalness, possible consequences for the economy). If this analysis shows that the accepted program will not be able to fully solve the program identified by the student, then the graduate student must offer his own ways to solve this problem. The student's own proposals must be theoretically substantiated, supported by appropriate graphs, tables and calculations. Here it is also necessary to determine the economic or social effect that can be obtained by introducing the student's proposals into the practice of managing and managing.

If the student cannot offer his own solution to the problem, then in addition to foreign experience, he must study the best domestic experience on the problem under consideration, the recommendations of scientists and practitioners published in the press and choose from them the option (scenario for the development of economic events) that can actually be implemented under the prevailing conditions and which will bring the greatest benefit to society. In any case, the student must present a strategy (strategic vision) for solving the problem under study at the macro, meso and micro levels.

According to the results of the study carried out in the third chapter, it is necessary to draw the appropriate conclusions.

Conclusion

In the conclusion, which is up to 5 pages, the author in the thesis form reflects the main results in accordance with the adopted structure, goals and objectives, clarifies the conclusions, indicates the degree of achievement of the goal. If in the course of the study specific proposals were formulated aimed at improving the activity of the object under study, then they are placed in the conclusion after the main conclusions. Recommendations should be targeted and economically justified. As far as possible, in the main part of the work and in the conclusion, the author should provide materials confirming the expected economic effect of the implementation. If the economic effect cannot be calculated for one or another proposal (recommendation), then the social, scientific, legal, national and other values of the proposed proposal are indicated.

REVIEW

scientific consultantdoctor of medical sciences, professor F.I.O. for the dissertation ___ Full name ___ "Reconstructive surgery of chronic injuries and diseases of the rotator cuff in middle-aged and elderly people"

submitted for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences in the specialty 14.01.15 - Traumatology and Orthopedics

Work Full name is a completed deep and extensive scientific research carried out at a high scientific and methodological level. The dissertation created a new scientific direction in shoulder joint surgery for chronic injuries and diseases of the rotator cuff, aimed at restoring the function of the upper limb in middle-aged, and more importantly, elderly people.

The most important result of the work performed was the discovery by the author of previously unknown conditions for the development and progression of degenerative changes in the rotator cuff located in the rigid canal of the scapula. Convincing evidence of the negative contribution of the latter to the development of instability of the shoulder joint is presented. A fundamentally new concept of the mechanism of functioning of the rotator cuff with a decrease in the area of the blade channel has been developed. On the basis of these results, the author created an unparalleled method for correcting the pathology, preventing its further progression, which was convincingly proven by the dissertation. Its high efficiency in the treatment of patients is shown. A new surgical instrument has been created, the use of which effectively influences the course of invasive intervention and provides protection of surrounding tissues from iatrogenic damage.

Absolutely new knowledge is the data on the development of functional inferiority of the rotator cuff. A significant section of the study is the analysis of the treatment of patients with transosseous injuries of the rotator cuff. The result of the work was a new implant created by the author for fixing a bone fragment of a large tubercle, which ensures the stability of osteosynthesis. The results of the work are extremely relevant and of great importance for the development of biomedical sciences, solving urgent problems of modern medical practice. They represent the basis for the development of a new scientific direction created by the author in research aimed at diagnosing injuries and diseases of the rotator cuff and surrounding tissues, developing new methods of treatment and rehabilitation of patients.

The results of the work were repeatedly reviewed and discussed with a positive assessment at scientific conferences, symposiums and congresses, including international ones. They are widely published in the scientific literature, presented in a fairly large number: 1 monograph and more than 70 scientific papers, among which a third are scientific articles in journals.

The scientific novelty of the research results is protected by 8 patents for inventions.

The work was performed using modern highly informative research methods. The results are widely implemented in healthcare institutions and higher medical education.

The results of the work have made a significant contribution to the development of modern medicine, traumatology and orthopedics. They have a huge social and practical value. The presented work in terms of relevance, novelty and practical significance fully meets the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission Russian Federation to the works submitted for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences. Dissertation work in terms of the level of tasks to be solved goes beyond the scope of one doctoral dissertation, and the applicant (FULL NAME.), undoubtedly deserves the award of the degree of doctor of medical sciences in the specialty 14.01.15 - traumatology and orthopedics.

Nesterov A.K. Implementation help [Electronic resource] // Educational encyclopedia site

Certificate of introduction to the thesis contains information about the author's developments thesis, the results of which were used at the object of study or are at the implementation stage.

The need to submit a certificate of implementation

Implementation Help is an accompanying document to the thesis and is intended for application to the thesis as a confirmation of the practical significance of the activities developed by the student, recommendations, suggestions for the object of study. Depending on the specialty of the student, a commercial or industrial enterprise acts as an object of research, on which it is possible to implement the results, government agency or an organization, an object of municipal significance, an educational institution, as well as structures of authorities at various levels.

Formally, it is not a mandatory accompanying document of the thesis, however, if the department asks to prepare such a certificate, then this certificate must be provided. At the same time, a certificate of implementation without a seal from the object of study will not be considered a valid certificate, therefore, it is necessary to take care of preparing a certificate of implementation of the results in advance so that there is time to go to the organization on the basis of which the thesis was carried out in order to stamp the certificate of implementation .

It should be noted that in most cases it is mandatory for degree projects of a purely applied nature. Such diploma projects are aimed at specific goals related to the improvement of individual elements of the object of study, therefore, without a certificate of implementation, these works simply lose their value. This is due to the fact that if, for example, in the graduation project for improving the production process, any measures aimed at this are developed, then the organization on the basis of which the graduation project is written must confirm their practical value and the possibility of use by providing a certificate of implementation. Thus, it is needed for graduation projects or theses, the purpose of which is to solve a specific problem. Almost all graduation projects in technical specialties are aimed at solving industrial problems, therefore, a certificate of implementation acts as a mandatory accompanying document.

Implementation help differs in content from

In general includes the following information:

  • topic of the thesis or graduation project;
  • Name of the author diploma research;
  • name of the research object (full name of the organization, institution, enterprise);
  • a brief description of the problem the thesis or thesis project is aimed at solving;
  • list of developed questions;
  • results;
  • data on the fact of implementation of the results of the thesis;
  • information about the implementation stage (used, implemented, accepted for development, included in the production program for the future period, etc.).

In addition to, in fact, the fact of implementation, a certificate of implementation should contain information about the result of the thesis, which is expressed as the effect of the implementation. For graduation projects of a technical and / or industrial and economic orientation, as the effect of the implementation, the certificate should indicate the indicators that have been improved, and the effect of the implementation should be quantified. Diploma works in some other specialties may not have such indicators, so the result can be characterized by a qualitative description.

Implementation Help must be necessarily certified by the seal of the organization and signed by its head, which confirms the result of the implementation of the proposals of the thesis research.

Therefore, the certificate of implementation of the results reinforces the scientific and practical value of the thesis, as it is a certified evidence that the developments of the author of the thesis were used in practice and their implementation improved the state of affairs in the organization. Although, of course, many students in various specialties successfully defend themselves, not even suspecting the existence of a certificate of implementation of the results of a thesis, nevertheless, if there is such an opportunity, it is better to have a certificate of implementation if the department asks to provide it for protection. But still, the lack of a certificate on the implementation of the results of the thesis is not critical until it is required to be included in the accompanying documentation for the thesis.

How to apply for an implementation certificate

Due to the fact that the question often arises of how to properly issue a certificate of implementation, below is a sample certificate of implementation of the results of a thesis.

Implementation Help should include two main points:

  1. the author of the thesis participated in specific developments,
  2. the results of its developments are at the stage of implementation or have already been introduced into the activities of the organization.

In most cases, the content of the implementation certificate is not as important as the very fact of its existence, since no one really goes into the meaning of what is written. Therefore, the most important thing is to list the main information indicated above and write a few smart sentences that would highlight the results of the thesis research and allow you to comply with all the formalities.

It should also be noted that the report on the implementation of the results should specifically refer to developments that contribute to the implementation of the proposed project activities, proposals or recommendations. And the information about the implementation in the certificate should relate to the specific results of the activities that were implemented or accepted for implementation in the organization in the planning period.

The main statements in the certificate of the fact of implementation can be as follows:

  • Participated in the development of methodology...
  • Participated in the development of...
  • developed an implementation program... based on the existing system...
  • analyzed processes... and offered recommendations on how to optimize them for...
  • developed a mechanism for the implementation of ..., which allows to significantly reduce / increase ...

The main statements in the certificate of implementation results:

  • in the organization ... the author's recommendations were used regarding ... thanks to which it was implemented ... and this made it possible to reduce the cost of ...
  • at the enterprise ... optimization measures were taken for implementation ... which allowed to increase the volumes ...
  • following the results of the diploma research, the results of the author's developments were introduced into ... which allowed in deadlines increase... and improve performance...

The general wording for all certificates on the implementation of results in economic disciplines is the following:

The results of the thesis / project / research, namely: ... - introduced into the production process of the enterprise ... When performed ... results were achieved in the form of increased profits / cost savings / cost reduction in the amount of ...

In scientific and design organizations, as well as at industrial enterprises, the result of implementation may be R&D in the performance of certain works. This should also be reflected in the reference.

For graduation papers in pedagogical areas, the certificate of implementation indicates that the results of the author's developments were used in the preparation of methodological recommendations, lesson plans, lectures in certain academic disciplines. Academic disciplines must correspond to the specialty of the author of the thesis. The wording, depending on the educational institution, may be as follows:

Separate provisions of the graduation research of Ivanova Albina Andreevna were used in the development of methodological recommendations and the preparation of lessons / lectures on the academic discipline: Russian language / personnel management.

For diploma papers and projects in programming and information technology, the certificate of implementation cannot indicate the author's certificate for a program, software package or automated system as a result of implementation, since this is a publication. Instead, the implementation certificate should indicate that the developed program or system was used in specific conditions in the development of a device, technology, or implemented in any organization.

With regard to technical specialties, a test report can also be used as a certificate of implementation if they were carried out at an industrial enterprise. In this case, information should be provided on what exactly was used in the tests and the economic effect of the implementation.

Implementation Help most often required in one copy. Sometimes two copies are required, especially for technical graduation projects.

Checking Implementation Help

Frequently asked questions: can a department or a supervisor verify the implementation of research results based on the submitted certificate of implementation?

If you are asking this question, then you should consider that

Implementation Help- this is proof that the results of the thesis are implemented in practice, and not invented by the author of the thesis.

Therefore, a thorough verification of the authenticity of the facts of the implementation of the results according to the certificate of implementation in universities is not involved. The certification committee will not call the organization and ask if the implementation was carried out, what results were obtained, and even more so, to request any reporting documentation that would confirm the usefulness and effectiveness of the developments, and the manager does not need it. Therefore, in this regard, you can be relatively calm.

However, the thesis must necessarily include an analysis of the results of implementation, their justification and proof of their effectiveness. Besides, certificate of implementation of the results of the thesis- this is an accompanying document, therefore its purpose is to be read out at the defense by analogy with, so that the attestation commission is convinced of the depth and practical significance of the work done.

It is important to remember that it must be certified by the head of the organization or his deputy, since if it is signed by the head of any unit, it may be difficult for the department to accept the certificate as an accompanying document. In no case do not try to forge the seal and signature on the implementation certificate - this is a crime.

Certificate of implementation of the research results obtained by a 5th year student of the NOU VPO "MOSU" specialty "Organization Management" Ivanova Albina Andreevna in her thesis "Creating a marketing service at an enterprise"

This certificate confirms that, in order to increase the efficiency of ITK LLC, recommendations and proposals were used to create a marketing service to increase the efficiency of ITK LLC in the framework of improving the marketing activities of the enterprise, proposed by Ivanova Albina Andreevna.

Currently, the organization is experiencing great difficulties in providing activities with marketing information about the state of the market and the needs of the main consumer groups for the main activities of ITK LLC and does not conduct active marketing activities to promote the market. This policy has led to a difficult situation caused by the lack of its own marketing service that effectively performs these functions, which requires urgent measures to bring the organization out of this situation.

In the thesis work of Ivanova Albina Andreevna, the causes of the current situation were identified and measures were proposed that are aimed at creating a marketing service in LLC "ITK" and withdrawing the organization from the current situation.

LLC "ITK" used the author's recommendations on the allocation of a marketing service in the enterprise management system, the introduction of a marketing planning system into the practice of the company's activities, and the automation of the marketing service with a marketing information system was implemented, which allowed short time increase the effectiveness of the organization's marketing activities and, as a result, improve financial performance.

According to the results of improving the marketing activities of ITK LLC, sales increased by 97 million rubles, which amounted to 7.9% compared to the previous period, net profit increased by 9.1 million rubles, which exceeded the figures by 12.4% the last period.

The vast majority of theses are not done "on the table", but for subsequent practical application. Even in purely theoretical studies, we can talk about testing the proposed methods, discussing the proposals made, etc. A sample certificate on the implementation of the results of a thesis work and the presence of such a document in the defense materials in general indicates the seriousness of the work and in many respects predetermines a successful defense with a high score.

Implementation Help Structure

The material of the thesis is, as a rule, the data that were obtained during the period of pre-diploma practice at a particular enterprise. The same enterprise also has the greatest grounds for issuing a certificate of implementation. This requires the following conditions:

  • systematic scientific and practical work that was carried out by the student during pre-diploma practice;
  • compliance of the results presented in the thesis with the production needs of the enterprise or institution;
  • availability of joint scientific and technical articles, patents or abstracts of reports at specialized conferences with the base enterprise;
  • the prospects of developments (designs, methods, technologies) that can be implemented in the future.

A sample certificate on the implementation of the results of the work may also include figures for the expected economic effect or comparative data on the existing and proposed methodology, which cannot be quantified.

Possible difficulties and limitations

It is almost impossible to obtain an implementation document if the work was carried out based on the results of previous studies, or if the direction of work has little to do with the specifics of the activity of the base enterprise. Often an obstacle is the untimely application of the student to the management of the base enterprise with a request to provide such a document.

Is there a way out? To get help on the implementation, you can contact our specialists for help. By constantly collaborating with our site, they are in a great position to help with the implementation of the solutions offered in the thesis.

A sample certificate on the implementation of the results of the thesis can be guaranteed to be obtained if the following conditions are met:

  1. As accurately as possible, formulate to the specialist the topic of the thesis, as well as sections, the presence of which is mandatory (the student agrees this when meeting with the project or work manager).
  2. Agree on a range of enterprises/institutions that could provide a favorable review of the work materials.
  3. Describe the approximate content of the document, which should list exactly those fragments of the diploma student's research that coincide with the profile of the enterprise.
  4. Present a specific form of implementation - qualitative or quantitative - with a listing of specific results.

Having such information, our authors will always be able to ensure the availability of an implementation certificate in a timely manner. It goes without saying that it will be logically interconnected with the main or most sections of the thesis. During subsequent consultations, the performer will skillfully and clearly explain to the student the essence of the decisions made for implementation.

The certificate of the implementation of the results of the thesis is read out after the defense and significantly affects the final grade. It is usually drawn up in any form and signed by the head of the enterprise or his first deputy.
