Regulations on the maintenance and repair of intercom equipment. Production and installation of metal doors. Magnetic locks on entrance doors to the entrance are

To restrict the access of unauthorized persons to apartments, offices, shops, banks, cottages, medical institutions, enterprises and entrances multi-storey buildings currently very widely used intercom and locking devices better known as "intercom". These devices have modern design and have wide functionality.

Need to install an intercom? Leave your contacts in the form below and we will call you back

Intercoms stand somewhat apart from other means and security systems, as they combine the functions of audio and / or video monitoring and access control to the facility. Intercoms allow the subscriber, without approaching the front door, to identify the visitor by voice and / or image and remotely control the front door. Currently, there are many options for the execution of intercoms: by the number of subscribers - single-user, multi-user , and according to the principle of action - video intercoms And audio intercoms . Intercoms are also sold in the form of boards inserted into the central computer that controls the "smart building". However, these advances in electronic engineering are still less common.

IN general view The intercom consists of next constituent parts:

  • external block (or call block);
  • subscriber (internal) block;
  • processing unit;
  • control equipment;
  • main power supply;
  • backup power supply;
  • communication lines;
  • remotely controlled electric lock;
  • door closer.

All intercom units must have the appropriate climatic design:

  1. Internal (subscriber) blocks- for operating conditions inside a heated room;
  2. external blocks, placed inside the entrance, in the vestibules of the building - for operating conditions in an unheated room;
  3. external blocks, placed outside the building (on outer wall or front door) - for operation on outdoors(operating temperature range from minus 40 to plus 50°С).

All these devices as a whole must provide performance following functions:

  • ease of use;
  • light indication of work;
  • subscriber call;
  • acoustic control of pressing the call button;
  • acoustic control and a reset button for an incorrectly typed code (or apartment number);
  • acoustic control of the front door opening;
  • continuity of work even in the absence of power supply;
  • local unlocking of the front door with a private key (or code);
  • remote unlocking of the front door;
  • reliability of door locking;
  • the possibility of increasing individual codes;
  • ease of programming and reprogramming.

Call panel (outdoor unit)

Intercoms of domestic and Russian production- one of the most durable. This applies to both panel thickness and operating temperature range. In our conditions, it is important to use panels with anti-vandal design, that is, excluding hacking and removing the panel from the outside. This is achieved by using a steel plate with a thickness of at least 5 mm as part of the block and special fasteners that require a secret non-standard key. The keypad for calling the apartment is protected from impact. The presence of an indicator, which displays the number of the dialed apartment, increases the convenience of using the intercom. The indicator must be protected by impact-resistant and non-combustible glass. In order to avoid rainfall or direct sunlight on the external block of the intercom, its front panel must be protected by a special visor or otherwise. Oddly enough, due to the lack of thermal protection, not panels on IR rays, but ordinary push-button ones, are used longer. IN technical description the characteristic "protection against a stun gun" is often found. The tests carried out showed that the panels can easily withstand 220 V, but the reader fails in most cases, which, however, in most models does not affect the performance of the rest of the electronics. By the way, the optimal structure of the electronics unit should be modular, i.e. in case of failure of one of the components (mainly the reader), the rest must continue to work.

External unit and intercom electric lock must be protected from dust and moisture (boards are protected by varnish, metal - by anti-corrosion coatings). In addition, they must remain operational with internal accumulations of dust. For the same reasons, dynamic microphones and loudspeakers with a paper diffuser should not be used in the external intercom unit (due to low climatic resistance). Electret microphones and loudspeakers with a rubber or latex cone should be preferred.

The external intercom unit must be installed by cutting into the door leaf, door frame or wall near the door. Slotted screws or screws securing the front panel to load-bearing structure, must be reamed after installation. The installation height of the call panel should be convenient for the visitor when negotiating, while his face should be opposite the camera. The optimal height is 1.5-1.7 m from the floor.

External intercom unit , placed outside the apartment, office or entrance, must have a anti-vandal design and satisfy the following requirements :

  • the unit must have a metal mortise structure and be supplied with the necessary fasteners;
  • calling panel must be made of metals of high mechanical resistance, coated with an anti-corrosion compound, and be resistant to direct and side impacts with heavy objects (hammer, brick);
  • perforation of the microphone and loudspeaker should not allow them to be disabled with thin objects (knife, awl, screwdriver, knitting needle, etc.);
  • the camera and display of the video intercom must be protected by impact-resistant glass;
  • infrared illumination must be camouflaged;
  • keyboard should ensure the reliability and ease of dialing the apartment number or personal code. In this regard, preference should be given to optomechanical keyboards and buttons without mechanical switches;
  • ID reader(individual key) subscriber must not have open holes. In this regard, preference should be given to readers of electronic keys such as "Touch memory" or radio cards.

Key reading systems

Locks with keyholes (mechanical, optical, etc.) do not stand up to scrutiny in terms of vandal resistance (the whole panel is easy to disable by banal clogging of the well) and are currently practically not used, but are replaced by modern ones. Mechanical, moreover, they refuse low temperatures and require regular maintenance. Therefore, now, as a rule, the most convenient keys are used " touch memory"- more advanced, opening the door is carried out by simply touching the key in the form of a "tablet" to
reader, the key is practically unforgeable (a 48-bit identification number, that is, a unique, one of several billion code, it will be enough for 900,000 cities like Moscow).

With all the advantages of "Touch Memory" keys, a number of shortcomings . Firstly, insufficient reliability (key readers practically die under a stun gun or can be smeared with paint). Secondly, failures in operation due to a sharp temperature drop (example: the owner of the key got out of a warm car into the cold and tries to open the door. Condensed moisture does not allow this). The third reason is the fact that "Touch Memory" keys are made in the USA. After September 11, 2001, deliveries of Touch Memory keys from America were suspended for an indefinite period and were resumed only in December. This paralyzed our domestic market for some time. True, during this time a way out was found: in Zelenograd, the production of electronic chips for contactless keys was mastered, and recently there has been a tendency to use them.

metal door closer

Primary requirements to manufacture metal door for an intercom: two-layer with stiffeners, the thickness of the outer sheet and the sheet of the door frame is 2-3 mm, when using an electromechanical lock, it must be installed in the center this case falls directly on the lock, and the door does not warp or deform, as is the case with the location of the lock in the upper corner of the doorway).

Sometimes you have to hear that closers are not needed at all because of the possibility to program the supply in the lock settings sound signal in the open state of the door (human cunning: the incoming, hearing an annoying signal, will instinctively close the door behind him). But in practice, this is not true: the closer must also be installed because the door slams less and, accordingly, fails more slowly. Closers are currently the main problem for service organizations - cheap hydraulic ones break down quickly, air make a loud noise during operation, and expensive and good hydraulic are instantly stolen.

Electromagnetic lock

Most often for intercom systems are used electromagnetic locks. main feature such locks and their main advantage lies in the absence of moving parts, and therefore, in wear resistance. The door is held by the created lock magnetic field with a force of 200 to 1,000 kilograms. Despite the fact that the electromagnetic lock needs constant power and electricity consumption, the efficiency of its use in intercom systems is higher and covers this disadvantage. The force is usually in the range of 500 kg and, in general, this is enough to prevent the door from being opened from the outside. An electromagnetic lock in extreme cases (a fire in a house, a failure of the intercom system, etc.) can be knocked out with a run from the inside, a mechanical lock is impossible.

TO electric lock, which is included in the intercom kit, have special requirements, in particular, the supply voltage of the electric lock should not exceed 24 V. This is due to ensuring the safety of users, since very often the intercom lock is installed on a metal door (primarily on the entrance), which is also operated in rain , and in snow, may have a wet surface (in this case, the user may be in damp clothing, with wet hands), which in case of malfunctions or damage in the lock (its wiring) will lead to grave consequences. For the same reasons, the electrical circuits of the lock must be isolated from its body. IN

important parameter as electric lock, and outdoor unit intercom is their time to failure in severe climatic conditions. They must have a time between failures of at least 1000,000 cycles .

Response panel for communication between the visitor and the subscriber

It is installed at the request of individual customers directly in the apartments. Intercom subscriber unit must be installed inside the office or apartment in a place that can protect the subscriber from possible criminal actions of the visitor (for example, a shot through a closed door), or provide maximum ease of use. The place of installation of this block is determined by the subscriber.

Many developers, manufacturers and consumers of intercoms make the mistake of paying insufficient attention ringtone volume in the apartment. Practice shows that the subscriber unit must develop a call signal with a loudness of at least 70 dB.

Depending on the design of the intercom (the presence of a built-in decoder, off button, etc.), the tubes differ in price, and their installation is the same in complexity.

Switching blocks

In digital systems, Various types splitters, from four to one hundred apartments per block, connected to the access line. It is mounted in electrical panel niches.

Power supplies

Power supply (transformer 220 V for the operating voltage of the intercom, usually 12, 14 or 28 V). The difference in supply voltage is related to the type of operation of the intercom. 28 volt used in intercoms with an IR keypad, which requires Full time job photocells.

Intercom equipment should be combined into special mounting blocks, which should be placed in metal cabinets and located in hard-to-reach places(for example, on the wall under the ceiling). To create "softer" climatic conditions of operation, it is not recommended to install the mounting block in the immediate vicinity of the front door. The installation of the mounting block in the closed lobby of the first floor can be considered the most acceptable. The metal cabinet in which the mounting block is located must be made of steel, have a rigid structure and be locked with a lock.

Cable and switching

The use of the cable depends on the method of organizing the intercom network, and not on the cable itself. As a communication line between the outdoor unit and the monitor (subscriber unit), if its length does not exceed 50 m, any wire can be used. For longer lengths, use coaxial cable. In audio intercoms, as a rule, the usual telephone wire type TRV. The most common types: two-core or stranded. Typically, the cable is laid in vinyl insulation, such a cable has advantages over a noodle-type cable (telephone).

All lines must be laid in metal hoses, metal boxes or pipes(or through existing cable channels) and meet the requirements of standards. Lines should be laid inside the apartment, office with the least disturbance to the interior. To enter lines into the housings of intercom units located outside apartments, offices and closed halls, special metal couplings must be used to ensure the tightness of the entry point. To exclude the possibility of pulling out the cable from the block, the metal hose must be rigidly fixed to the block body with a clamp. Flexible transitions from the door to the wall inside the apartment and closed halls are recommended to be made using special connecting devices.

One of the main problems of installation organizations that manufacturers need to think about is the price / quality ratio of door closers. As mentioned above, hydraulic closers are still extremely unreliable; unfavorable for our conditions.

However, the main trend for all manufacturers of intercoms is to increase their vandal resistance. This can be achieved by working simultaneously in different directions: increasing the strength of the outdoor panel, moving the electronics unit from the panel to a safer place, modularity in the design of the electronics unit (so that the failure of one of the systems does not affect the performance of others). It is also preferable to implement keys and readers working in pairs without physical contact metal with metal, which increases the fault tolerance of the system. In all these areas by different manufacturers good results have already been achieved, but it cannot yet be said that a perfect design. But this is a matter of the near future.

Deal with professionals and your investment will be justified!

Requirements for operating conditions.

All intercom units must have the appropriate climatic design:

  • indoor (subscriber) blocks - for operating conditions inside a heated room
  • outdoor units placed inside the entrance or in the vestibules of the building - for operating conditions in an unheated room
  • external units placed outside the building, on an external wall or front door - for outdoor operation, operating temperature range from minus 40 to plus 50 C
  • To avoid rain or direct sunlight on the external intercom unit, its front panel must be protected by a special visor or otherwise

In addition, when choosing an access intercom, you need to pay attention to the following features its operation:

  • There is always a strong air draft at the entrance doors of the entrance of the house. With the doors closed, the traction increases through all the cracks and leaks of the external unit and the electric lock
  • The temperature difference between the cold outside and warm incoming air creates condensate on the surface, as well as inside the outdoor unit and the electric lock. Therefore, the external unit and the electric lock of the access intercom must be protected from dust and moisture - the boards are protected by varnish, and the metal by anti-corrosion coatings. In addition, they must remain operational with internal accumulations of dust.
  • For the same reasons, dynamic microphones and loudspeakers with a paper diffuser should not be used in the external intercom unit. Here, preference should be given to electret microphones and loudspeakers with a rubber or latex cone.
  • The keypad of the external unit of the intercom should be ergonomic and meet the requirements of users of all age groups. Keypad buttons must be large enough to be used with mittens or gloves. The pressing force of the keyboard button should not exceed 250 g. The design of the keyboard (if it is mechanical) should not allow the possibility of direct application great strength to the executive switch. Pressing the button should be duplicated by a sound or light signal. An important parameter of the intercom keypad is its MTBF in severe climatic conditions. The keyboard must have a MTBF of at least 1,000,000 cycles.
  • The intercom must provide stable work conversational path on long lines. Practice shows that in technical specifications intercom should include its performance on lines with a resistance of at least 20 ohms. When choosing an intercom, it is necessary to pay attention to the volume provided by the loudspeaker of the calling unit when transmitting a signal from the subscriber unit. The volume should be sufficient for syllabic intelligibility, not less than 70% on a noisy street. Many developers, manufacturers and consumers of intercoms make the mistake of paying insufficient attention to the volume of the call signal in the apartment. Practice shows that the subscriber unit must have a call signal with a loudness of at least 70 dB.

Security requirements for intercom systems

The installed equipment and networks must, during operation, be safe for persons who follow the rules for handling them, and meet the requirements of standards and regulatory documents for electrical and fire safety operating on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Ensuring the security of the intercom should be given Special attention, since its users are mainly persons who do not have the appropriate knowledge of handling electrical equipment.

First of all, this applies to the external unit and the electric lock. They must not be connected to a supply voltage higher than 24 V.

Requirements for the installation of intercom systems

The intercom subscriber unit must be installed inside the apartment in a place that can protect the subscriber from possible criminal actions of the visitor, for example, a shot through a closed door, or provide maximum ease of use.

Installation location indoor unit determined primarily by the subscriber. An external intercom call block can be installed by cutting into the door leaf, door frame or wall near the door.

The slots of the screws or screws that fasten the front panel to the supporting structure must be reamed after installation.

The installation height of the outdoor unit should be convenient for the visitor when negotiating, while his face should be in front of the camera. The optimal height is 1.5 - 1.7 meters from the floor.

Intercom equipment installed at the entrance of the house should be combined into special mounting blocks, which should be placed in closed metal cabinets and located in hard-to-reach places, for example, on the wall under the ceiling.

To create favorable operating conditions, it is not recommended to install the mounting block in the immediate vicinity of the entrance door of the entrance. The installation of the mounting block in the closed hall of the first floor can be considered the most acceptable. Examples of installation of intercom units are shown in Figure 10.

rice. 10 Scheme of installation of external intercom units.

In access video intercoms, any wire can be used as a communication line of the video camera of the calling unit and the monitor of the subscriber unit, if its length does not exceed fifty meters. For longer lengths, coaxial cable should be used.

In audio intercoms, as a rule, a conventional telephone wire of the TRV type or "twisted pair" is used as communication lines.

All lines in the entrance must be laid in metal hoses, corrugated pipes or through existing cable channels and meet the requirements of RD 78.145 93. Lines inside the apartment should be laid with the least disturbance to the interior.

To enter lines into the housings of intercom units located outside apartments and closed halls, special couplings must be used to ensure the tightness of the entry point. To exclude the possibility of pulling out the cable from the block, the metal hose must be rigidly fixed on the block body.

Flexible transitions from the door to the wall inside the apartment and closed halls are recommended to be made using special connecting devices such as US 22 or US 24 of the required length - 200, 300, 400 mm.

Force protection requirements

The external block of the intercom, located outside the apartment or entrance, must be vandal-proof and meet the following requirements:

  • the unit must have a metal mortise structure and be supplied with the necessary fasteners
  • the outer panel must be made of metals of high mechanical resistance, coated with an anti-corrosion compound, be resistant to direct and side impacts with heavy objects (hammer, brick)
  • the perforation of the microphone and loudspeaker should not allow them to be damaged by thin objects (knife, awl, screwdriver, knitting needle, etc.)
  • the camcorder and display must be protected by impact-resistant glass
  • infrared illumination must be camouflaged (for example, under a nameplate) or protected
  • the keypad should ensure the reliability and ease of dialing the apartment number or personal code. Well proven optomechanical keyboards and buttons without mechanical switches
  • the reader of the identifier (individual key) of the subscriber must not have open holes. Here, preference should be given to readers of electronic keys of the "Touchmemory" type or radio cards

The metal cabinet in which the mounting block is located must be made of steel, have a rigid structure and be locked with a lock.

The electromagnetic lock must be vandal-proof and meet the following requirements:

  • the metal plate and the electromagnet must be firmly attached to the door leaf and the door jamb
  • at closed door the plate and the electromagnet must fit tightly, without a gap, to each other with the entire surface, otherwise the holding force may decrease significantly
  • the design of the electromagnet must exclude the possibility of damage to the winding.

*Note: Subscriber units are in the personal use of the subscriber, therefore, there are no requirements for protection from force impacts.

Power requirements for intercom systems

The power supply of the intercom should be carried out through a regular power source from a conventional AC network.

The issue of using a backup power source in an access intercom requires special study. This is due to the fact that during various emergency or emergency situations in the house, the entrance door of the entrance should not serve as an obstacle to the evacuation of people and the conduct of emergency rescue operations.

Backup uninterruptible power supplies can be used in individual and group intercoms. In this case, it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the transition from the main power to the backup, as well as recharging the battery in such a source, is carried out automatically. The backup power supply must ensure uninterrupted operation of the system for the time required to eliminate an emergency in the power grid or in other emergency circumstances, and be at least two hours.

The main function of metal doors is to protect the premises from external atmospheric influences, noise, and also from unwanted penetration. modern metal door blocks must meet the requirements of current regulatory documents, be strong and durable.

Specific requirements for steel door largely dependent on operating conditions. In some cases, the design of a metal door requires the installation of additional means of protection, heat and sound insulation. detailed information about this in our article at.

Basic requirements of GOST 31173-2003 "Steel door blocks"

The main standard that defines the requirements for metal doors is GOST 31173-2003 "Steel door blocks". This GOST contains requirements for steel door blocks with locking mechanisms. Additional requirements for fire safety, bullet resistance and resistance to aggressive media are not included in the standard.

According to GOST 31173-2003, the leaf of a metal door must be a structure made of metal sheets and profiles welded together. Profiles can be used both straight and curved. Corner joints of profiles should be connected by welding or other types of joints while maintaining the strength of the structure.

The standard also makes requirements for the door frame: it must be made of a bent profile more than 1.5 mm thick or from a rectangular profile with a cross section of more than 40x50 mm.

Any serious door manufacturer without fail tests its products for compliance with the characteristics regulatory requirements. As a result of testing, he is issued a certificate of conformity for the product. The seller must also have this certificate.. Check it!

The design of a metal door must contain reinforcing profiles. The design must contain at least two horizontal and vertical profile, it is also possible to use inclined reinforcing profiles. In this case, horizontal profiles should be located in the area of anti-removable mechanisms or in the loop area.

Exterior and entrance metal doors should contain two or more sealing gaskets installed without gaps and resistant to climatic and atmospheric influences.

The requirements of GOST 31173-2003 apply only to metal doors of the following dimensions:

  • Square door leaf- less than 9m2.
  • The height of the opening canvases is less than 2200 mm.
  • The width of the opening canvas is no more than 1200 mm.
  • The weight of the door leaf is not more than 250 kg.

Classification of doors according to GOST

GOST 31173-2003 offers several classifications of metal doors.

Metal door blocks are divided into the following types of purpose:

By type of construction, metal doors are divided into:

  • Cloths with a closed box.
  • With U-shaped box.
  • With a U-shaped box with an additional threshold.

There is also a classification according to the number of canvases and the direction of their opening:

  • Single-field.
  • Double-sided (the width of the door panels may be different).
  • With non-opening inserts (vertical or horizontal).
  • Opening inward.
  • Outward opening.

According to the number of sealing contours, door blocks are divided into:

  • Metal doors with one sealing circuit.
  • Metal doors with two or more sealing circuits.

Need to remember

Even if you have installed a reliable front door made in accordance with the requirements of GOST, do not neglect the use burglar alarm. Details on modern alarm systems can be found in ours.

Metal door blocks can have the following finishes:

  • Paints and powders.
  • artificial or Genuine Leather and a heater.
  • Decorative film materials.
  • Wood materials (natural or synthetic veneer is allowed).
  • Glass or mirror materials.
  • Combined finish.

Also, metal doors are divided into several strength classes (M1, M2, M3) according to resistance various types static, dynamic and impact loads.

Requirements for materials and components

The materials and components used in the production of door blocks must be manufactured in accordance with approved standards and technical conditions.

The surface of the steel structural elements of the door leaf must be flat and smooth, free from cracks and distortions, permissible waviness on the front surface - no more than 0.5 mm.

Materials intended for the manufacture of metal doors and their components must be resistant to climatic influences. Steel elements must comply with the requirements of GOST 380, GOST 1050 or GOST 5632.

Sealing gaskets must be installed tightly, without gaps, around the entire perimeter of the box, and meet the requirements of GOST 30778.

Requirements for hinges, locks and other locking devices

Specifications, method of fastening and location of locking devices and hinges are set in working documentation. These parameters are influenced by the dimensions of the opening elements of the product, its weight, as well as the conditions of its operation.

The hinges are attached to the door frame by welding. or mechanical links. While maintaining the strength of the structure, the use of other types of fasteners is allowed.

Block in 50% from the beginning of the article article

Depending on the purpose and operating conditions, metal door blocks are equipped with latches, closers, opening angle limiters, chains, eyes, etc. Fasteners and door devices must comply with the requirements of GOST 9.303 “Metal and non-metallic coatings” and GOST 538 “Lock and hardware products” .

Installed locks and hinges should not interfere with easy but reliable locking of the door leaf.

Finishing requirements

The type of finishing coating and the quality of finishing are agreed by the manufacturer with the consumer and prescribed in the contract. The quality of the finish is evaluated according to the samples approved in advance with the customer.

The main criterion for choice facing material are operating conditions.

The main regulatory documents regulating the state metal surfaces, requirements for paint coatings and their designation are GOST 9.402, GOST 9.401 and GOST 9.032.

The first layer of coating is applied with a primer, then protective and decorative materials are already applied. More detailed requirements for the quality of surfaces with finished paintwork are contained in the standards GOST 9.301 and GOST 9.032.

When using parts made of wood, GOST 2140 should be followed, wooden surface should have a roughness of no more than 60 microns, and rock moisture content of 8 - 12%.

Performance indicators of metal doors, including sound insulation parameters, are set in project documentation and are tested in test centers.

According to the requirements of GOST 31173, door blocks must have sound insulation of at least 20 dB.

There are 3 sound insulation classes for steel door blocks:

Metal door blocks are divided into 3 classes of reduced heat transfer resistance:

1 class - 1.0 m ° C / W and more
Class 2 - 0.70 - 0.99 m ° C / W
3 class - 0.40 - 0.69 m ° C / W

To ensure an adequate level of thermal insulation, external doors are equipped with at least two sealing contours.

An increase in thermal insulation is also facilitated by the use of special materials to fill the door leaf (mineral or basalt wool, polystyrene, etc.).

GOST 51072-2005 requirements for security entrance doors

According to GOST 51072-2005 "Security doors", a security door is protective agent, having in its design a door leaf, a door frame and one or more locking devices and resistant to established ways impact.

Preventing illegal entry into the office, entrance apartment building etc., and includes electronic equipment (intercom entry panel, electric lock, internal opening button), a closer with the necessary fasteners and the door itself.

Requirements for production and installation of intercom doors, are regulated by SNiP 2.08.01-89 "Residential buildings ...", GOST 51072-97 "Security doors", SNiP 11-12-77 "Noise protection", SNiP 23-02-2003 "Thermal protection ...", PPB 01- 03, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia No. 313 dated 06/18/2003, and are determined by the features of the operation of this product for long-term and safe use.

Features of the production and installation of intercom doors

1. The frame of the door must be framed to ensure sufficient rigidity at high intensity of intercom operation. A feature of the work is the upper side locking of the canvas, so the rigidity is achieved by additional ribs (there must be at least two of them in total). The frame is made from profile pipe not less than 40 mm thick.

2. To ensure the anti-vandalism of the door, as well as from the point of view of fire safety, a metal sheet is used on both sides of the leaf: on the front side - 2 mm, on the inside - 1.5 mm. However, the use of inside doors of vandal-hazardous and combustible materials ( wooden lining, hardboard, vinyl leather, plywood, etc.) is not allowed.

3. The door frame is made of a profile pipe (at least 50 mm by 25 mm in size) and is fixed in the opening at least at six points using welding. Mounting through the box without welding and other methods is unacceptable due to low reliability.

4. With a high intensity of operation of the intercom door (if the door is installed in the entrance of an apartment building), the hinges are equipped with bearings, and with a leaf height of more than 2.3 m, there must be at least three of them. A prerequisite Mounting is concentricity.

5. For the best preservation of heat and in order to reduce noise when closing a metal door, it is necessary to use refractory insulation - mineral wool or foam with the appropriate characteristics.
