The following options are available here:

1. 不思議だね, which would be a fairly commonly used everyday phrase and translated as "Weird, huh?" , "Well, that's strange."

2. 不思議種 - is a combination of two words fushigi"weird" and tane"seed", where the first sound of the last word is voiced. It turns out something like a "strange bud". Everything is logical if you pay attention to the back of the Pokemon.
