Step 2, preparation for installation

Step 4, fixing fasteners
Along the line, which was determined as the lower mark of the future ceiling, fix the U-shaped profile. Make the first technological hole with a puncher, retreating 450–500 mm from the end wall and then with a fastening step of 700–800 mm.
In order for the profile to fit snugly against the wall, make holes in it in advance with a metal drill.
The next operation is to attach the hangers and stringers to them. To do this, make technological holes in the marking places.
Fasten the hangers with dowel-nails. And hang stringers on them.
Step 5, installing panels
Pre-cut, making them 3-5 mm shorter than the absolute length between the two walls. When all the rails are prepared, you can begin to install them.
The panel is driven by one of the ends into a U-shaped profile. The second end is wound diagonally without bending the rail.
Then it is aligned, inserted into the grooves of the stringer and fixed in it by pressing until a characteristic click. This click indicates that the rail is securely fixed and will not fall out. By the way, without considerable effort, it really cannot be removed from the fastener.
We install all the panels in a similar way, but when it remains to insert the two extreme rails, the installation method will change slightly. The last rail will necessarily be very wide, so the excess width must be removed. Do this with a construction knife and metal shears.
Having marked the cut line, draw along it with considerable force with a knife blade.
Then, cutting strictly to this line, cut through the metal every 50–55 mm. Now, bending and unbending the metal, break off unnecessary pieces.
As a matter of fact, holes for lamps are cut in the same way.
Insert the outer rail in the already known way and fix it in the stringer. There was only one, penultimate board. It should be cut 14 mm shorter than all the others.
Insert the end into the profile and slide the rail all the way, fix it in the stringer and slide it into opposite side, so that the second end is hidden in the profile.
It remains only to remove protective film from each of the rails and insert interpanel decorative seals.
